Personally, I found that the slightly thinner grip of the Orenznero was less comfortable over time. Even the Kurutoga was too thin for longer sessions, so I slide a rubber pencil grip I've had for over a decade over the stock one. This configuration certainly won't win on aesthetics, but it's gripper and more comfortable than either pencil is stock. In terms of bang for buck, the Orenznero currently costs $24

After I slipped one of my empty ballpoint ink pen's foam sleeve onto this mechanical pencil it went from being a good pencil to a great pencil. Very easy to hold and use for writing notes or drawing forms. I am a wannabe woodworker so I draw many different shapes and forms for something I am trying to make and this pencil is very good for this type of work. Before the use of that foam sleeve I mentioned, your fingers would be holding onto the ribbed metal barrel and is somewhat uncomfortable to hold while doing my thing

The weight is good and the look is superb. My only complaints are, the clip is small and feels fragile, I like the original Pentel P-200 clips best. My other thing is, you have to hold it perpendicular to get the benefits of it’s great mechanism. After a time of adjustment, it will be a great edc pencil

This is a nice pencil for the money. Nice weight towards the writing part of the pencil. Smooth action in advancing the lead. The metal knurled part feels nice in your hand, much better than common cheap mechanical pencils do
