 The quality is self-evident when you hold it in the hand and put it on the wrist, it feels as solid as anything from its grand rival in Geneva, and on my 16 centimeter circumference wrist, it fits well. You can see it is low enough to fit underneath the cuff, so it could be your dress watch. You can see that it's short enough across the wrist that I can recommend it. For a wrist as small as 13 and a half centimeters circumference, and from over the top you can see it comes where nowhere near the edge of my wrist, down the barrel

I love absolutely everything about this watch. The sunburst effect on the dial, the symmetry due to the 6 o'clock date window, the blue lume, magnetic resistance, co-axial escapement, and most importantly the green dial! It is my first Swiss watch and I couldn't be more happy with it.

With this movement inside of here, getting some great accuracy in the process and why I like this watch maybe in comparison to say like a traditional regular seamaster diver is, I believe this one can be dressed up much more than looking at, say, a diver just wearing that with a suit or a tux. This one very much on a leather strap would look the business and would not look out of place by any means. And yes, the Aquaterra certainly is a mass appealing watch and is by no means I think underrated, but I think maybe underappreciated is the better word for understanding what the value it is being provided here

 This is a model that I reviewed and it does have that mass market appeal, but it is a bit different in terms of not seeing it everywhere on everyone's wrist. The cancel lever indices that blue dial. It is going to be mass appealing in terms of its looks but also providing something that is a bit different. Integrated bracelet that's going to be appealing to something that of course I think we all know with a lot of those high horology sports integrated style bracelets but with the movement inside with that elite caliber being skeletonized really offering up a really nice looking movement and then also getting a dial that really does look the business in all aspects

Is the OMEGA Aqua Terra the Perfect Everyday Luxury Watch in 2021?

Movement is very accurate and growing more and more common by the day. Also, what a strap-beast… Looks great on the Omega bracelet, but also is very inviting to all sorts of colors of rubber and leather straps. The watch sits in that nice little sweet spot of drawing attention only from people I enjoy it drawing attention from… this one likely will not be the target of a thief, rather the target of a particular type of watch nerd (love that kind of watch nerd).

I changed the strap to a no-brand dark brown leather one as to my disappointment, the original Tudor leather strap broke after a few years of daily wear (anyone knows if that's normal?) . Anyway, overall I just really like this  Black Bay's "modern vintage" look, and I prefer the rose logo as opposed to the shield on the newer models. This model is a 41mm and my wrist is not the biggest, but I don't really mind - I kind of like the larger look.

 Let me explain myself. When you're paying thousands of dollars or even hundreds of dollars on a watch, you want to know that the brand focuses on the minor details. Even though they know you technically won't see it with the naked eye, it's nice to see that they put a lot of craftsmanship and a lot of attention to detail to pieces that you're spending your hard earned money on. That is why I love and adore Grand Seiko

 And to be very honest, the theater Black Bay 58, which is the smaller brother, is a better watch, but with that better watch comes a wait list and a higher price tag. Now from a retail perspective, the Black Bay 58 isn't more expensive than the 41, but because there is a wait list if you try to buy it pre-owned this is one of the few Tutors that you actually have to pay a premium, which isn't necessarily a bad thing for the owners, but you go into any store, it's very hard to get the black pay 58. Not to mention some people with bigger wrists don't want the 39 millimeter dive watch, which is why the Black Bay 41 still holds its place at Tutor. Now to fully understand why the Black Bay 58 demands a premium over the Black Bay 41 is simply the size

 I did used to own the Black Bay 41, but it was the Eta version and the in-house caliber actually made it a lot thicker. But the reason why I chose this watch when they gave me free reign to choose whatever I wanted to review. it's because I wanted to see if this watch could actually still compete and still belongs in the theater catalog, despite being the lesser loved Black Bay. Now, I could have gone with the Black Bay 58, but the 41 intrigued me because of one big reason: Everybody's talking about the 58 and they completely forgot about the 41

 well, to put it nicely, kind of ridiculous. Today I'm going to be sharing with you why I think the Tudor Black Bay 41 is a bargain in the grand scheme of things in the watch collecting hobby. Let me put it this way, you need to be an absolute watch geek to actually consider watching this video talking about a three thousand dollar item being a bargain.
