And I'm feeling the AT is the "better " watch. Currently have a speedy, zenith el primero chrono, dunhill carwatch (ceramic and titanium), G-Shock and an IWC spitfire chrono in bronze. Thr AT just feels much better value, incredible value actually, but I like the unique look of the panerai.

 The quality is self-evident when you hold it in the hand and put it on the wrist, it feels as solid as anything from its grand rival in Geneva, and on my 16 centimeter circumference wrist, it fits well. You can see it is low enough to fit underneath the cuff, so it could be your dress watch. You can see that it's short enough across the wrist that I can recommend it. For a wrist as small as 13 and a half centimeters circumference, and from over the top you can see it comes where nowhere near the edge of my wrist, down the barrel

I love absolutely everything about this watch. The sunburst effect on the dial, the symmetry due to the 6 o'clock date window, the blue lume, magnetic resistance, co-axial escapement, and most importantly the green dial! It is my first Swiss watch and I couldn't be more happy with it.

With this movement inside of here, getting some great accuracy in the process and why I like this watch maybe in comparison to say like a traditional regular seamaster diver is, I believe this one can be dressed up much more than looking at, say, a diver just wearing that with a suit or a tux. This one very much on a leather strap would look the business and would not look out of place by any means. And yes, the Aquaterra certainly is a mass appealing watch and is by no means I think underrated, but I think maybe underappreciated is the better word for understanding what the value it is being provided here

 The screen is so understated and just a great example of just one of many watches within this catalog. Also for the movement, you could argue that this is the in terms of i mean it's very much industrialized movement and what Omega is producing here, but still very well done.  This is a model that I reviewed and it does have that mass market appeal, but it is a bit different in terms of not seeing it everywhere on everyone's wrist. The cancel lever indices that blue dial. It is going to be mass appealing in terms of its looks but also providing something that is a bit different. Integrated bracelet that's going to be appealing to something that of course I think we all know with a lot of those high horology sports integrated style bracelets but with the movement inside with that elite caliber being skeletonized really offering up a really nice looking movement and then also getting a dial that really does look the business in all aspects

Is the OMEGA Aqua Terra the Perfect Everyday Luxury Watch in 2021?

Movement is very accurate and growing more and more common by the day. Also, what a strap-beast… Looks great on the Omega bracelet, but also is very inviting to all sorts of colors of rubber and leather straps. The watch sits in that nice little sweet spot of drawing attention only from people I enjoy it drawing attention from… this one likely will not be the target of a thief, rather the target of a particular type of watch nerd (love that kind of watch nerd).

 On the 38 millimeter Orion, it's a 19 millimeter lug width, so be aware of that and it's just really nice. The crown is a little small but but just kind of works. You know you can't really have too much bigger of a crown and just really tiny. You know, if you can see it, it says Nomos on the crown, the shape of the Orion and you can just really kind of see it

 Nobody is going to question the value of this kind of watchmaking. They really seem like a company that that puts their heart and soul into the watches. They're just so outrageously well made and I would really recommend looking at these, especially if you're in the market for a dress watch. Now do they make more sporty watches? Yeah they do

 I mean they have a line of watches that have some water resistant. They even have like a metal like a Milanese bread, a mesh bracelet. So they have that. But I think their forte is really these kind of watches which are which are dressy but kind of like fun, quirky, interesting, but still a lot of watchmaking

 This is shell cordovan horse leather, very hard wearing, and that's kind of, you know, just uh, the calling card of Nomos. You can see the buckle there as an almost, just just kind of nice. Um, but yeah, I like the box. It's minimalistic, it's not going to take up a bunch of room, and it's just really thoughtfully done

On wrist review of the Nomos Orion 38!  Finally some sizing advice. Which Nomos is right for you?

 what's even more impressive is their in-house movement. This is the caliber Alpha from Nomos and I will throw some specs here on the screen because I think this in-house movement is deserved some more in-depth attention. We have a very tastefully finished movement. It is hand winding, you can see a very well done three-quarter plate

Nomos Orion 38 Review - Understated and underrated

Love the watches themselves, and also very much enjoyed the detailed write-up about how they pair well in your point of view. My twosome was a 37mm GS quartz SBGX261 and a 33mm Nomos Orion Duo. I’m really pleased at how their differences complement each other.

 So I'll try to be as objective as possible in terms of what I think of this watch. But first, let's take a look at Nomos as a brand. Know Most Was founded back in 1990 in Glass Suit to Germany and has quickly become one of the fastest growing watch companies in the world. This is a result of a couple reasons

 It is so traditional Bauhaus style that I think some people it's just not gonna be for them. and despite the value proposition that it really does provide I think people are just gonna turn away just in the sense that it is going to have a bit of a style. it's not going to cater to everybody. So just another thing that I think is a fair assessment when you're looking at this watch

 The movement featured in this watch is in Nomos in-house alpha manual movement. It is a 17 jewel and of course it's manual winding winding. a Ryan is one of the better value propositions when you're looking at dress watches in the market today for wristwatches. Alright, so so far I've given a lot of praise to this watch, but just to try to be real and objective I Want to just point out a couple of things and I'm not as crazy about so

 However, one of my favorite visual components of this watch is its understated pop of color with its blue hour and minute hands. Now all these visual components on the dial and case are one thing, but what really allows us wise to separate itself is with its movement.
