I couldn't convince myself to spend $70 on the olight S2R Baton but I wanted a nice purple light so I ordered this convoy S2 plus. The first time I ordered from gearbest but after a month or so it never shipped so I had to cancel and ordered it from AliExpress. First impressions are pretty positive. It feels well made I like the metal push button on the tail 

My Convoy S2+ finally arrived...I love it.

 With quick reacting, I yelled at the would be intruder and as he turned around I activated the turbo setting and immediately aimed it toward his face, to which he responded by immediately hiding his face with his hoodie. For fear that he may have had a weapon on him, I continued to shine the turbo onto him so as he would not have visual confirmation on me. As he left my front door he attempted to break into another building across the street to which, acting out of pure adrenaline I chased him across the street and this time activated the strobe light causing him to abandon his attempt and fled, still covering his face with his hood as he could not function with the strobe on him. Several other events occurred after this, but they would be irrelevant to this review

I did not carry any of my usual EDCs with me as I only left for a few minutes to get some fresh air, but I always carry my Olight SR2 no matter the time of day or occasion. I absolutely love the size! This small light is very durable and the magnet is strong. Unfortunately the one I purchased the battery didn't last long. Only other negative I have is I wish they would incorporate a power button on the bottom. (I used it for a night fire drill and the small power on the side was annoying)

Shots start with the classic skill mount h03 on turbo mode, brilliant, floodlight, good, color, rendition. Large tier lens does a great job. The workers, hd20 floodlight and turbo about a thousand lumens would be hard to tell the difference

 I really like mine, it’s extremely nice with the 4000K emitters and has a great beam that doesn’t have any noticeable hot spots while still being quite throwey. I put the clip from my Wurkkos HD20 on it and it works perfectly.

I think I know the answer im going to get but which one and why ? The sofirn is about 1/2 the cost which seems appealing to me. I am leaning towards the 2700k sst20 D4V2.

Disclaimer: I don't possess the equipment or necessary knowledge to do a professional test of lights that measures actual light output or electrical properties of the light or its battery. My light reviews are only from first hand experience living with the light for a few days and using it in the million ways I need a light after dark around our property. The build quality of the HD20 is excellent. The body is shaped like most of Wurkkos other lights, and it looks just like its little brother, the HD15 headlamp only bigger

It charges by USB C and the port is on the back of the head opposite the LEDs. The USB port is covered with a little rubber cover that presses in to make it water tight

7 volts, the light will turn off. That is to help save the battery. Remember lithium ion batteries. Do not like to go below a certain voltage, otherwise it can either a damage the battery or damage battery where it will no longer charge or operate

 This is going to be 85 lumens, so hold it down to go the next one. This is medium 260. Lumens hold it down again to go to high 850 lumens. My camera will auto adjust because of brightness hold it down up

. So, let's go outside the dark and see how it performs in the night. Okay, it is now night time we are out here at the workos hd20 headlamp and we're going to go ahead and start out on the moonlight, which will be we're going to use both leds for this at the beginning here. So it's going to be two lumens total can't really make it out on the camera there

Excellent and versatile right angle flashlight

 I had no problem sticking it horizontally or vertically to things it's quite strong and holds the lights weight no problem. The tail cap has a little bit of knurling here to help you when you open it, the spring inside here is fairly stiff and long threads. Here are dry but square cut and there is an o-ring there. The clip attaches here at the back or the front of the light

 So my over my head took more of the weight made it a little bit more comfortable on the back. It'S just flat, there's uh, nothing there. I felt this to be a little bit uncomfortable just because it was flat and there's no padding there or anything as mentioned before, pocket clip is an option with this light, i like it to keep it from rolling away, but other than that, i don't see myself Using it, you could clip this onto a hat or something like that, but with it being a right angle, i think that's less useful as a pocket light. You can put it in an edc it, but because that head size, i just don't see many people doing that with this light, although it is a possibility - and if you put it on like this well, that's a lot of light sticking up out of your pocket To edc, so maybe if you were to put it on a vest or something like that and carry it out like that facing out, it would work there

This isn't a small light, so it's noticeable after a while, i adjusted the top strap to carry more of the weight and it got a little bit better and the other big thing i would change here is to make switching between the leds more reliable when it's On the hold click hold thing just doesn't seem to work very well. So it's really nice to see usbc supported here. It charges the ac to c and usb cpd
