I couldn't convince myself to spend $70 on the olight S2R Baton but I wanted a nice purple light so I ordered this convoy S2 plus. The first time I ordered from gearbest but after a month or so it never shipped so I had to cancel and ordered it from AliExpress. First impressions are pretty positive. It feels well made I like the metal push button on the tail 

My Convoy S2+ finally arrived...I love it.

 With quick reacting, I yelled at the would be intruder and as he turned around I activated the turbo setting and immediately aimed it toward his face, to which he responded by immediately hiding his face with his hoodie. For fear that he may have had a weapon on him, I continued to shine the turbo onto him so as he would not have visual confirmation on me. As he left my front door he attempted to break into another building across the street to which, acting out of pure adrenaline I chased him across the street and this time activated the strobe light causing him to abandon his attempt and fled, still covering his face with his hood as he could not function with the strobe on him. Several other events occurred after this, but they would be irrelevant to this review

  Tonight, as I was returning home from on my nightly walks, I came across an individual who under some sort of influence, attempting to break into my apartment building's front door. I did not carry any of my usual EDCs with me as I only left for a few minutes to get some fresh air, but I always carry my Olight SR2 no matter the time of day or occasion. I absolutely love the size! This small light is very durable and the magnet is strong. Unfortunately the one I purchased the battery didn't last long. Only other negative I have is I wish they would incorporate a power button on the bottom. (I used it for a night fire drill and the small power on the side was annoying)

Why the Olight Warrior Mini 2 is Now My EDC Light

 Now this does offer this cool little ring. So not a carabiner but carabiner style clip if you so choose, you can clip onto the back of this now. This brings me to one of my points, which is well the way this clip is situated. This is a two position clip you can see

 medium turbo, so 1750 lumens! Now, if you press real quick and let go that will turn the light on so again, if you half press real quick that puts it on in the medium mode at 120, lumens turning the light off. If you press real, quick, real deep! Well, that's the turbo mode, so you'll see there putting it on the 1750 and one thing you may have noticed. Well, as you push this close up against your hand, it actually has a proximity sensor, so that is taking you from turbo down to medium, just because of proximity, and as you look in here and it's kind of subtle, but right down there that little dark spot. That is the proximity switch, so there you'll see turning it on and again, as we get close to my hand, it is triggering that proximity sensor so pretty cool, and so what is it that takes this flashlight from literally perfect to just really really good? Well, it's the side switch watch

 I would say that perfect, edc flashlight style right in that 18 650 range good overall performance, excellent programming. But the programming is the one place where it just knocks this flashlight down a tiny bit, not a lot just a tiny bit and we'll get into that. But, first and foremost, absolutely perfect form factor fits perfectly in your hands index as well. The clip absolutely awesome, olight doing a fantastic job with their clip and their construction and overall fit and finish

 I see this being a really good high quality edc light, if you're into something that cranks out some high lumens uh has a rechargeable battery uh and is you know a nice mid size uh? I currently actually carry an old light as well. This is an older one. This is the s mini, but, as you can see, there's been a big big difference, not only in size but uh overall output for these two and personally i i really like this one. So all right guys there you have it a look at the olight warrior mini 2, again so close to perfect so for the people at olate again, thank you very much for providing this for review
