I couldn't convince myself to spend $70 on the olight S2R Baton but I wanted a nice purple light so I ordered this convoy S2 plus. The first time I ordered from gearbest but after a month or so it never shipped so I had to cancel and ordered it from AliExpress. First impressions are pretty positive. It feels well made I like the metal push button on the tail 

My Convoy S2+ finally arrived...I love it.

 With quick reacting, I yelled at the would be intruder and as he turned around I activated the turbo setting and immediately aimed it toward his face, to which he responded by immediately hiding his face with his hoodie. For fear that he may have had a weapon on him, I continued to shine the turbo onto him so as he would not have visual confirmation on me. As he left my front door he attempted to break into another building across the street to which, acting out of pure adrenaline I chased him across the street and this time activated the strobe light causing him to abandon his attempt and fled, still covering his face with his hood as he could not function with the strobe on him. Several other events occurred after this, but they would be irrelevant to this review

  Tonight, as I was returning home from on my nightly walks, I came across an individual who under some sort of influence, attempting to break into my apartment building's front door. I did not carry any of my usual EDCs with me as I only left for a few minutes to get some fresh air, but I always carry my Olight SR2 no matter the time of day or occasion.  In closing, in a pinch, with no other tools available, this light CAN save your life! My anecdote of today is proof of that! THANK YOU Olight for an amazing product! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family! They will not go wrong with this awesome light!

I absolutely love the size! This small light is very durable and the magnet is strong. Unfortunately the one I purchased the battery didn't last long. Only other negative I have is I wish they would incorporate a power button on the bottom. (I used it for a night fire drill and the small power on the side was annoying)

 This light is cheap, it has an incredible performance in terms of output. It can do basically anything the bad stuff. The UI is bad. The battery is bad in this clip is just ridiculous

Noctigon KR4 Overview

 Because of the output you are going to run through that battery probably a little bit quicker. And if you're wondering when you do go into turbo mode, yes it does get pretty hot pretty quickly. Let me go ahead and get the head back on nice and tight, and I'll kind of show you. Here it's ramping up to maximum output, double click, and it is now in turbo mode, and that head is starting to get a lot warmer

 You can do that much like you can with the lumen top lights. I will say that the light is a little higher in brightness at the low end than the lumen top lights, which kind of makes sense because at that minimum power level to drive the LEDs, because there is a fourth LED as opposed to three, it is by default going to be brighter than a lumen top at its lowest setting. Now that kind of brings me directly into the next point that I don't particularly care for in the light is that there's not a lot of information on the output levels to this. The Noctagon slash International Outdoors doesn't state what the low end output is or what the output is in some of the other modes

 That kind of brings me to another thing that I do like about this light is that it does have a very nice bright high output, considerably more than this light, FW3A has 2800 lumens output, which is certainly not a bad number to be sure, but the Noctigon here, this K4 has an output of 4300 lumens, which is of course substantially more, and it is a noticeable difference when you shine them side by side, so I do like that. I really like the color, it's available in several different finishes, it's an aluminum body that's basically just painted on here, seems pretty robust. It's got a very nice texture to it, try to hold this up and see if you can see that there are some grooves that are milled into the aluminum body here which give you some grip along with the knurling of sorts that's kind of milled into the tail cap, so you're not going to slip off this thing, it's very grippy, which I do like. One option that it has that's pretty unique on this particular light, it does have a tail cap that accommodates trits, and when you order it, let me show you a close up here of the tail cap, you can see it has the trit already installed, which is really nice

 Hey there folks, John here with Through My Lens, and today I'm coming to you with another

 Today we're going to be looking at this Noctigon KR4.

 Now Noctigon is not a flashlight company that I have any experience with.

 I believe they've got a previous model called the MSR that is somewhat popular in flashlight

 I kind of stumbled upon it in the dark corners of flashlight forums, and it's got a couple

 This is a forehead LED flashlight, so it's got quite a bit of output going for it, more

 so than some others that I haven't owned.

 It also has a unique capability to display colored lights, so it has some multicolored

 LEDs in here, and we'll get to that in a second.

 This is going to be just kind of a quick review, I've only had this for about a week or so,

 so let me just go ahead and talk about what I like and what I don't like about this particular

 In terms of what I like about this particular flashlight, I do like the operating system.

 It uses the same operating system as the Lumintop FW3A or FW3T like this one.

 That's a light that I previously reviewed here on through my lens, and I can't pronounce

 the name of the operating system, it's kind of like an open source system, I think it's

 called Androel or something like that, I'll throw up the name here on the screen here

 in a second, but it operates the same way as the FW3A type lights in that it's got

 electronic tail switch, and it has a multitude of different functions and outputs.

 The light is also available with a number of LEDs that can be ordered with it at different

 light temperatures depending on your preferences, so that's nice.

 Here in this side by side with the FW3T, you can see the FW3T has of course three heads

 That kind of brings me to another thing that I do like about this light is that it does
