I don't know a better way to say this, but while the build quality is solid, the edges of the keys are "sharp", as is the edge of the frame. Odds are using the software won't go completely smooth for you but for the most part its solid. And on the Pros side the rgb configuration is very very solid and most importantly creating function layers and defining keys for this board through the software for me is why I give it the rating I do. By far the best parts about this board are its looks and its ease of use of the software for defining those function rows. Also, just how I feel, I got the red Gateron switches and for a prebuilt board and coming from Cherry reds I would say I even like these more
