In hindsight after using this for about 3 months I wished I would have just forked the money over for Corsair board or more expensive keychron, but I was on the fence and this board was at a price point I was comfortable with. Below my pro/con and a bit of the con could have been avoided with some more in depth research, so hopefully helpful for you. Pros: - nice price point (at 60 bucks when I purchased not a bad value) - inbox accessories, like a keycap puller, was unexpected and been nice for cleaning - the rgb presets (no full programmable options with this model) work well and fill the need I have for it - while a lower end board been generally happy keycap and switch (not cherry mx on this board) quality Con - Have questioned the sturdiness of this board a few times. Dripped a few mL of water on some keys and while I cleaned it up quickly shaked it out, thought I fried the cntrl key which made the board completely unusable

It's a 60% compact keyboard that takes up a very small footprint on your desk. It has a plastic frame, but it feels very well-built and has high quality, doubleshot PBT keycaps.

All in all, this is a fantastic keyboard with fantastic build quality and even fantastic backlighting. Typing out this review was even a pleasure because of its feel. I cannot recommend it enough!

Unfortunately, that's kind of where my joy ends - beyond that, I do not love the plastic the keycaps are made out of. It feels like lower quality as compared to other boards I have typed on. I went with the blue switch - which it does deliver a great click.

Odds are using the software won't go completely smooth for you but for the most part its solid. And on the Pros side the rgb configuration is very very solid and most importantly creating function layers and defining keys for this board through the software for me is why I give it the rating I do. By far the best parts about this board are its looks and its ease of use of the software for defining those function rows. Also, just how I feel, I got the red Gateron switches and for a prebuilt board and coming from Cherry reds I would say I even like these more

I use the C2 for software development on a Macbook Pro, and sometimes Windows machine. The keyboard that I was accustomed to using prior was a Lenovo, which for me was the gold standard for years. I am not a gamer. Now that I use a C2, I can't go back to anything else
