It really is a beast, which leads me on to the wrap up at 500.3070 is great value, but curiously, with 3080, you're getting extra performance pretty much in line with the extra money you're paying

 The Cuda core has been revamped, but regardless, thanks to the eight nanometer process, you're still getting more of them. In Rtx. 3070 clocks are a touch higher, but the 3070 has to get the job done with a lot less memory bandwidth at its disposal, plus a reduction of 40 watts in power. Now, let's look at how efficient the new card is

00. I'm not worried about running the highest graphics/frame rate etc. but I would like to play games like fallout 4 as well as try out new games in the PC gaming world comfortably without immediately needing to upgrade or putting tons of stress on the system.

The RTX 3070... Hype or Flop?

Ryzen 5 3600 DDR 4 16gb 3000mhz Msi gaming plus b450 mobo  Yeah I'm pretty sure there is some bottlenecking but so far I haven't really noticed, price was good although not quite exact, rtx 3070 at MSRP usually fetch for 499 or 550 but I got mine at $599, not totally unreasonable but I couldn't pass up the deal it was the best I was gonna get, try looking for an rtx 3070 for lower than $650 (if you're lucky) I dare you..

Title. I prefer thinkpads for the reliable build quality and the trackpoint that I'm just way too used to now.. Looking at potentially a W540/1, maybe a P1? Used/refurbished is fine. My budget is about £750 (UK) what would be my best option? A different model maybe? Thanks in advance
