To be honest, this is a really good bag that is durable and will last a very long time. I wish I could rate it 5 stars because the bag was very comfortable, even when carrying plenty of things. Unfortunately, the zipper pulls were the biggest factor in me returning the bag. The zippers were just very annoying to deal with

I use it every day to and from work and have taken it on many trips abroad as a day pack while exploring new cities. My only complaint, and the reason I've deducted 2 stars, is the apparent durability of the product. The zippers, as others have pointed out, seem to be the most common failure point. I've had the zipper pull tabs break on the main compartment, and I've also had the entire zipper come off

It’s a big bag and if it’s not full, would be nice to be able to cinch it tighter. All that to say, if it’s the only bag you are traveling with and you don’t need to access it on an airplane, it might be ok. I ended up returning it and am sticking with my old northface overhaul 40.

The backpack is not very large and I am not able to fit very much inside of the backpack, as I use it for school. I can barely fit all of my books and my trapper keeper inside of the backpack, but the quality of the backpack is very good and durable. The backpack is very good overall, excluding my one complaint. I have had the backpack for a few months now and I do not have very much to complain about

I think these guys did a fantastic job designing an excellent carry-on travel bag. If you use the guide card and the online video, anyone can learn to have a well-organized bag. Being that well organized would be a significant worthwhile learning experience for me. That will make traveling so much more relaxing

I bought this bag to fit a 14" laptop and a 11" Macbook air. The bag worked perfectly for holding those 2 devices, but did not offer enough storage pockets up front for sorting all the small computer parts I have. I ended up returning this bag because the front flap only zips halfway down thus not allowing you to grab things that have fallen to the bottom of the pocket without scraping your hand against everything else that is in there. If they had allowed the flap to 3/4 of the way then I would have kept this bag even with the lack of organization pockets

I took it hiking while it was raining and the pockets started filling up with water. The rain seeps through the zippers but the material holds in the water. Overall, this is an amazing backpack and I plan on using it for a long time.

Then I realized I could loosen the straps and shift the pack weight to my pelvic bones, as you must when hauling a 40lb backpack through the woods. This is possible due the Crossover's taller-than-deep profile, a la a hiking backpack. Big win. I looked at backpacks for hours since my beloved, ten year old Dakine decided it finally had enough of my abuse
