Great product, saves me time and headache!

 It comes with the standard little USB cable which is interchangeable with any other you might have, but this one has a little nearly gone and also comes with a spare ink cartridge. These are a standard cartridge type known as D1 then not manufactured or sold on you, but any you find should be compatible. although Neo does have a list of recommended ones from specific manufacturers which you can find our website. The pen needs charging when it arrives and the red light here indicates that is charging

 We essentially bought this as an alternative to a graphics tablet, which we may still get in future Anyway, their pen arrives in a sleek, minimal box, definitely taking some cues from Apple in terms of presentation. The form factor of the pen is totaling like an orb, and most of the other options out there are definitely on the chunkier side, so it's great to feel as it does. Their build quality and design is very good. It's a nice object in and of itself and doesn't look or feel particularly like something digital

I have a Rotring 600, a couple of Parker Vacuumatics, a Paker Sonnet, and a Sailor (I don't know the model). I really like writing with them, but it is frankly frustrating most of the time - especially getting them to start. Because of this, I usually use a gel rollerball in lieu of a fountain pen. I am looking for the Apple of pens - one that just works every time - one that I can pick up and use - one that starts when I start - one that's not prone to skipping - one that doesn't require tinkering to work. I'm not limited by budget. I clean them between inks. I prefer to use cartridges for convenience (but, frankly, if a bottled ink (piston, converter, etc) pen is the only way to get reliable performance, then I'll switch). I usually use a medium nib.

Most Reliable Pen - Daily Driver - no budget

I bought from them twice — last year (Lamy LX Marron) and recently Black Friday for a Lamy 2000 — the pricing was great and I got mine surprisingly fast.

Haven't used them before, but asking for a friend. Curious how people's experience has been with endless pens.

We looked at an LX, the last model that is, and other than potential quality there is absolutely zero reason to choose one over a Range Rover. 

They are very, very popular vehicles, especially among the upper classes. But I just can't wrap my head around why that is the case. Not trying to be judgmental I'm genuinely curious.

They are not the only SUV around. They are not the only luxurious SUV around. And frankly they don't even seem to be the best luxury SUV around given their poor reliability.

Why on earth would anyone drive one instead of say, a Lexus LX?

What's the appeal of Range Rovers?

The pen I received was plastic and not aluminum. Very disappointed with this purchase.  UPDATED 16 June 2021  Order this pen from a different vendor and got the same pen. The reason I am giving this a 3-star review is that the pen is not full aluminum nor is the carry case, the outer body is maybe 40% and the rest is plastic

The pen does write very well, but not what would I call a "metal" pen.

My only quibble is the build quality of the grip where it screws into the body and the ink cartridge is attached. It's plastic and feels a little wonky when I screw it in or out - I fear it may not last long. It's a little cheap-feeling. 

A beautiful pen, a joy to write with

The weight of the pen (without the cap) feels perfect, a bit heavy on the back with the cap. The pen writes pretty well - but my nib (F) is really scratchy for some reason. I've used other LAMY Lx pens, and they felt extremely smooth to write with, so I'm wondering if I got a dud. I can't return it because of shipping fees (I live outside US)
