You are taking about skis with such huge sweet spots that not a lot of skis can really offer. The skis that I think have the best shot of being the a ski that could pull it off are the moment wildcat 101, jskis master blaster, icelantic nomad 95.

As a thought experiment, what is the single most versatile ski for the widest audience? A lot of all-mountain award winners usually specify advanced+ skiers and have a bias towards one type of terrain or another.

What skis would provide the widest envelope of performance for the widest group of people, eg acceptable performance in everything if not actually the best performance in anything. As in I could give a chargey 220lb western advanced skier and a timid 150lb eastern intermediate the same skis and both would have a decent if not amazing time. 

IDK if this ski exists, but it would probably have:

* rockered/twinned tips and tails 
* moderate weight 
* fat enough width for soft snow
* narrow enough for hardpack
* reasonably stiff flex underfoot
* 15-20m sidecut 
* reasonably soft flex in the tips/tails
* some vibration damping construction (carbon, partial titanal, etc)
* adapts well to progressive as well as traditional mount points 
* adapts well to skiers of variable size/weight 

The closest skis I can think of are Salomon QSTs, Fischer Ranger FRs, Line Sick Days, Elan Ripsticks; none of which seem to be particularly best selling or award winning.

But what exists on the other end of that extreme?</p>

 Both are great options but if cost matters to you, you definitely won't be disappointed with the Enforcer 104. The Wildcat 101 is an outstanding ski too though (speaking from experience with the 108), and it is lighter and quicker than the Enforcer.

Looking for a good all-mountain ski for trees and learning drops that can also cut through crud and occasionally carve groomers. I found enforcers on sale for $580 and I also went on curated and my guy recommended the wildcats for $750 and seems to think I will prefer them, that they will cut through crud better and chatter less. He has been very nice and helpful but at the end of the day he still has a profit incentive to I figured I would ask for second opinions. Thanks in advance!

Nordica Enforcer 104 vs. Moment Wildcat 101

If you can get the Wildcat 101 on sale that's what I'd pick if I were you, based on how you like to ski

In between the skis listed above and trying to take advantage of some of the sales going on here in SLC. Can't demo so really just hoping to get some good info on all of these models, or suggestions for similar skis. I was pretty set on the Deathwishes but the triple camber just irks me. Struggle to drop that amount of cash for a ski with a profile I've never ridden before. 

I'm probably 50/50 on and off piste and trying to get into a bit more free ride. But realistically, I'll still be bombing groomers with my buddies on days where it hasn't snowed in a bit.

Should I be weary of the Deathwishes because of their profile? Any reviews or suggestions appreciated

 This ski is structurally unchanged for 2023. We do get a nice graphics update here with kind of the purple highlights as opposed to kind of the oil green that we had for the past two years. So it definitely looks a lot sharper but it's still that same strong all-mountain ski with a, you know, penchant for the front side carving. And we've just really enjoyed this ski for both its versatility and its carving performance for the past few years

 It's not a sluggish feeling ski at all. Sometimes we get on these dual metal laminate skis and they kind of feel like you really have to load them up with energy to get them to give you good rebound. That is not the case with this Stance 90. Using that carbon and flax to get that energy and that pop to get you out of one turn and into the next

 This is the 182. We're getting an 18.5 meter turn radius on this ski. So right in that sweet spot, you know, that's kind of what we see with these all mountain, you know, around 90 millimeter skis that type of turn shape

 But you know, they do feel lighter on the feet. 1911 grams here in the 182. So not, you know, not particularly light, but certainly not past that 2000 gram threshold either. So kind of middle of the road there as well

 in that regard. We're still built with a full poplar wood core, two sheets of metal. That

 upper sheet does get their twin frame technology so they're able to cut out these rectangular

 zones in the forebody and in the tail. So they take that metal out, replace it with

 their carbon and flax material. So this allows them to make the ski more energetic, more

 poppy, a little bit snappier while keeping the stability and power fully intact. You

 know, having that metal still over the edges of the skis and the tips and tails does a

 great job at maintaining that edge grip and power and precision while the central portions

 of that ski you're able to load them up and get that more energy. It's not a sluggish

 feeling ski at all. Sometimes we get on these dual metal laminate skis and they kind of

 feel like you really have to load them up with energy to get them to give you good rebound.
