Very disappointing, because it was very effective at deep cleaning.I called customer service and they offered to send me a a free replacement.I was cleaning the carpet on my stairs,and before I got to the top of the stairs the roller brush stopped turning.

Buy This, Not Miele

I just needed a power switch replaced once on the Miele and they can't do it! It requires an entirely new wand for almost $300! I had to buy two new sweeper heads on the Miele in two years for almost $300 each. Absolute trash.

I have problems with my hands and this vacuum is always tough to tug along. The floor attachment is a bad design and flips a way you would not ever need an attachment to move and is annoying. I've had it just over one year (figures becuause the warrenty has run out) and the hose assembly now doesn't fasten into the metal wand and just comes out. I have always bought Kenmore canisters but this may be my last
