 The Series X comes complete with HDMI 2.1 cable for 4K UHD display, power cord (and no ungainly brick this time), and of course the evolutionary Series controller. With everything connected, the first powerup was exciting. The new splash screen is powerful, reminiscent of the old THX sound intro that is truly amazing if you have the volume turned up

 Halo Infinite was to be that vehicle for Microsoft, but after this Summer's lackluster presentation, the game was delayed until 2021. Its absence is keenly felt in the marketing and product packaging which still prominently features Master Chief as its launch mascot.  That said, the future looks bright indeed for the XBox. Microsoft's manic acquisition of studios, not least of which is the still-pending Zenimax deal, promises some console exclusives that are truly ground-breaking

  Finally, the new controller as has been mentioned previously, is more evolutionary than revolutionary. The back of the shell has a textured "grippy" new feel to it, as have the shoulder- and trigger buttons. The D-pad now features more of an 8-way control surface rather than the more familiar 4 cardinal directions. The sticks also have a slightly different feel and grip; not so much that it's unfamiliar, but it's noticeable nevertheless

  That said, the future looks bright indeed for the XBox. Microsoft's manic acquisition of studios, not least of which is the still-pending Zenimax deal, promises some console exclusives that are truly ground-breaking.  In order to play an installed game, you must move it into the internal hard drive. Another thing is you must give the console physical space, otherwise, it will overheat quite easily.

 But that's on me. I love the series x though. The graphics are awesome and the game pass is the icing on the cake.

I would get xbox live gold card on Amazon its $55 for a year best value, I would skip the game pass that is my opinion especially since I have PS5 free games a huge amount in the two years of ownership. I honestly would buy both consoles if you can afford it with both memberships ( PSN, Xbox Live). Both consoles are backwards compatible and you keep your games how awesome !

 Both consoles are great, I prefer the Xbox controller and like the new design and triggers PS5 controller is just a bit too heavy and I don't prefer the microphone on the controller built in. Xbox is my preferred console, however the PS5 offers a huge amount of free games since I've owned it and they are all very expensive games to buy for the Xbox (grateful I don't need to) Xbox makes up for this with there "game pass" but in my opinion the games are not good at all in comparison to what Playstation actually gives you not lets you "rent" also the low fee will increase so the people that have game pass will regret it in the long run. Great upgrade from Xbox One X!

I have owned every Xbox (multiple) that has been manufactured (I am 69 yrs old) and always had to re-download all my games (well after CD'S). I discovered games can now be copied from the old to the new using my home network. Just plug both into the same router start both up go to settings then system, backup and transfer then network transfer, allow network transfer, select your old Xbox and you will get a list of your games to select for copying to your new Xbox. Piece of cake! Sure beats downloading, especially if you have a bandwidth cap like I do

 As for the Xbox X it is quite a few steps above the Xbox One. Much faster, graphics are out of this world. Of course I have a 4k tv which allows the Xbox X to display stunning graphics.

It's a minimalist block with precisely one curve on the entire thing, and when you turn it on, the dashboard looks almost identical to the one that Xbox One gamers have been using for years. Even the power button makes the same beeps and the packed in controller is barely changed. It's not until you fire up a game and are launched into smooth native 4k amazingly quickly that the Series X justifies spending 500 to upgrade

From the outset I've been surprised by PC gamer reactions to the PS5 specs - it was pretty clear if you look at what's available right now, vs. what the PS5 is theoretically bringing to the table in terms of SSD and I/O, the PS5 comes out on top. That, combined with a Zen 2 CPU and what seems like a super strong GPU (not top of the line, but definitely above most PCs), and it's clear they brought something strong to the table (and superior in some cases).

I agree. Abosulty ridiculous of them. After trying to get the BT Black Shark to work on my Xbox Series X and no luck now this BS with the Kaira I will never attempt to work with Razer again for headsets. Absolutely absurd

COMPLETELY MISLEADING ADVERTISING, COMPLETELY MISLEADING PACKAGING. They claim this product was designed for the Xbox Series X and it is nothing but a paperweight which cannot be updated unless you have a windows PC.

This is ~~borderline~~ fraud, a huge waste of time and now I have to wait weeks  to get a refund from Amazon. F this company and all those that deceive buyers like this: 

Apologies for the inconvenience. Most of Razer's firmware updates can only be  installed  via a Windows PC. However, you should still be able to use your headset  without updating the firmware. Are you encountering any  issues with  using the headset? Or are you prompted to update the  firmware before you  can start using it? For now, you will really need  to use a Windows PC  to update your headset's firmware.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the lacking information on the  product box regarding needing a Windows PC to update our Razer devices.  This is something we can forward to the Marketing Team and our Dev Team for future consideration.

Do NOT buy a Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox Series X if you only have a Mac computer!

I don’t believe the Dyac+ is really that worth it on consoles, especially since the XBOX supports 1440p 120hz which will look a lot better and give you more enjoyment out of your hard earned money, i believe.

That being said, they concluded that although the XBOX has more powerful hardware, it could not achieve stable 120 FPS while the weaker PS5 could do this the majority of the match.

 THIS controller is the one my hands hate. I found my thumbs would ache and my wrists would feel like they were going numb after only 30 minutes. I found that the controller feels too fat in the hands compared to the PS4, switch pro controller or the Xbox Series X. I wear a large when i buy gloves, so my hands aren't tiny
