The Enter key is SO soft and mushy and I've noticed many of the keys, like the pair of Space bars, are also soft and don't register contact multiple times. VERY frustrating as I can type around 50 wpm and I'm having to Backspace WAY too much! GRR!. I want to send this POS back and try another brand, but I've found no other alternatives in my searches.

 It might be marginally but use it for a couple hours and it's going to need a charge. I wouldn't recommend this for students. Having 2 classes in row will mean you're looking to sit near a plug in class to keep it charged. You can dim the screen down but that's not always possible when you're in a bright classroom

 My old model, with a card slot, I routinely swapped out cards depending on my usage. I was hoping the battery life was some improved. It might be marginally but use it for a couple hours and it's going to need a charge. I wouldn't recommend this for students

We did not open the shrink wrap as there was no indication of a keyboard. Be aware of false depictions of keyboard included even in the video. Otherwise, the product should be ok if you want a tablet, not a PC.

Like our budget pick, it's also a 15.6-inch laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H or Ryzen 7 5800H CPU, and GPU options range from an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 to an RTX 3060. The GTX 1650 can only push around 60 fps at 1080p, so if you want to keep the laptop for a while, it's best to get a better configuration with an RTX 3050 or 3060, as the GTX 1650 might not be able to handle newer AAA titles. There are only 1080p display options; we recommend getting the 120Hz or 165Hz panel. Again, the important thing is to spend as much of your budget on the best GPU and display as possible since you can upgrade the memory and storage yourself later on.

Though entirely plastic, this laptop feels surprisingly sturdy, especially for a model in its price range. It has a comfortable and tactile keyboard, and the webcam is pretty good if you want to stream. Its port selection includes three USBs, an HDMI, and an Ethernet port. Unfortunately, you can't charge the laptop via USB-C, so you'll have to use its proprietary charger. Lenovo has refreshed the popular L340 as the
IdeaPad Gaming 3, but now it has an AMD Ryzen

4000 option, so just how well does it perform
in games?

I’ve tested the 1650 Ti model in 22 games
at all setting levels and also compared it

against other laptops to find out the difference.

Let’s jump straight into the results from
those 22 titles, then the comparisons after.

Microsoft flight simulator wasn’t great
at high settings, and ultra was a no go, medium

was alright but there were less noticeable
dips with the low-end setting preset.

Death Stranding was around 60 FPS with the
highest setting preset, it was running ok

and there wasn’t all that much of an improvement
comparatively with the lower settings.

Red Dead Redemption 2 was tested using the
game’s built in benchmark tool, it’s not

possible to run at ultra settings due to the
4 gig VRAM limit of the GTX 1650 Ti graphics,

otherwise the results are only just ahead
of the 1650 in the Nitro 5 I recently tested.

Battlefield 5 was tested in campaign mode,
