The Enter key is SO soft and mushy and I've noticed many of the keys, like the pair of Space bars, are also soft and don't register contact multiple times. VERY frustrating as I can type around 50 wpm and I'm having to Backspace WAY too much! GRR!. I want to send this POS back and try another brand, but I've found no other alternatives in my searches.

 It might be marginally but use it for a couple hours and it's going to need a charge. I wouldn't recommend this for students. Having 2 classes in row will mean you're looking to sit near a plug in class to keep it charged. You can dim the screen down but that's not always possible when you're in a bright classroom

 My old model, with a card slot, I routinely swapped out cards depending on my usage. I was hoping the battery life was some improved. It might be marginally but use it for a couple hours and it's going to need a charge. I wouldn't recommend this for students

Good but with some disappointments.

We did not open the shrink wrap as there was no indication of a keyboard. Be aware of false depictions of keyboard included even in the video. Otherwise, the product should be ok if you want a tablet, not a PC.

To get some use out if it you need to go into power saving mode and disable the second screen which defeats the purpose of this machine. Another thing that I noticed is that this Laptop get loud under load

Too Much Too Little

 The dual screen is helpful, but I have to use it far less than I would like to because it causes my system to perform much more slowly when I have the dual screen turned on. This laptop with an i7 process and 16gb RAM performs around only 30% better than my 3 year old i5 laptop with only 6gb RAM. Photoshop, premier pro and Lightroom are nowhere near quick and snappy. As for those people who say this is excellent for video are only talking about 1080p

A quick one liner review for this laptop is "not at all worth the price." I have had this laptop for about 2 months now (i7 model). I do both photo and video editing which is why I wanted to try out this laptop. I bought this for the dual screen and power

 However, the dual screen was all I received from this laptop as the power is mediocre for an i7 processor and laptop with a $2k+ price tag. A lot of my programs on this computer lag frequently even while using simple tasks such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for web browsing. The dual screen is helpful, but I have to use it far less than I would like to because it causes my system to perform much more slowly when I have the dual screen turned on. High Price, Low Performance

 The screen resolution is phenomenal and to my eye is at least as good as a retina display. The secondary screen is matte but is quite functional- I am using 1/2 of the secondary screen for email (which I receive constantly) and the other half for webpages vs. word documents, with the primary screen for my primary job occupation including image analysis. The computer has benchmarked within expectation, and to improve battery life, uses an integrated processor GPU instead of the 2060 for routine applications (I am unsure if the 2060 is only active when the battery is plugged in, or if it kicks in for certain applications- perhaps someone else could specify)

New Standard for Professional Laptops

 The battery life is probably close to two and three-quarter hours if you're doing simple things like watching a video. That's not much compared to my iPad and the advertised endurance of a Mac book air. But then again, this is a honking machine by comparison. The second disadvantage is its weight

 This works pretty well but it does take a bit of getting used to. The laptop is quiet, the fan rarely runs in normal use. I haven't tried gaming with it yet but I suspect it will be terrific. The only drawback of this machine is its battery life and its weight

 So you're schlepping 7 pounds of computer if you ever move it around. Fortunately, I only move it between the locations where I'm working, and that's only three times a year. If you need to carry it every day, it's likely too heavy.

Probably my favorite laptop so far

 The specs of the machine are great and performance is high. The second screen is not terribly bright and the viewing angle is not great unless it is truly on your lap. And even then, it’s a heavy laptop by most comparisons. The big worry for me was the battery life, which was not averaging above 3 hours under my real life normal use
