Easy to clean, and once you get the hang of it EVERYTHING tastes better! No grease, crispy, and delicious every time now. Well worth the $. Just wish I knew they have a turquoise/mint (favorite color) one now. Oh well…

This was just bought 2-3 months ago and Teflon is already chipping on inner pot. Please contact me. This shouldnt happen especially this fast Im very upset for what we paid for this air fryer and already showing damage. Please help me out

The temperature scale is difficult to use. The old 2qt unit was great, this one is disappointing. Too bad the knobs and scale fell off the old one.

Preheats in less than two minutes. This thing is the bomb and saves me from turning on the oven.

I’m going to use it to mainly heat up already cooked or mostly cooked food since it takes forever. But if you don’t have a grill or an oven, it turns out a decent piece of meat or heats up your left over fries from lunch.

For most items you have to increase the time, sometimes double !! It does not cook fast!! You need to turn meat to cook through.

This looks like a Barbie of and it was so small so I had to return it. It was just like why I couldn’t even imagine if I was living in a dorm by myself what I could cook and except maybe a Barbie cake

Must say I would have scored it a 5, but am disappointed by the size and lack of accessories.

It's a much healthier way to prepare our favorite foods! Does everything is says. I had to play with the first few times to cook like i wanted it but now I just love the way the food comes out so perfect, it even bakes anything! Being able to cook french fries, onion rings, ribs, chicken wings and all of my other favorite goodies without oil to perfection always moist and crispy at faster speeds, has been absolutely amazing. It's a great machine and so easy to clean and use. One concern is the little clear plastic piece that is used to pop out the fryer basket is very flimsy and broke the first time I used it. Still able to use the fryer as intended but will be looking to obtain a replacement piece.

You have to cook in batches (or at least I did with the chicken) since the basket is only a certain size but it only takes minutes until the food is done. Cleanup is super easy since you can put the parts in the dishwasher. I'm looking forward to trying new recipes in my fryer. I don't know how I didn't have one much sooner!

Then I encountered a power issue. After speaking with a customer service rep and identifying my unit I found out it was "technically" 3 months past the extended warranty I had. Nonetheless, without hesitation I was told a new unit would be shipped with a prepaid return shipment for my old unit. I definitely applaud (loudly) the rep and Nu-Wave for their response to my problem
