I was not expecting to receive three different notebooks in different colors, I only wanted one that was not blue like my passport cover. The main thing I had waited for with this product was to have something that "looked" like a passport from a distance in the event of an airplane being hijacked because terrorists look for Americans to single out. I'd say kokuyo comes second for me at least when it comes to price and quality. But the format in these are just not as nice vs kokuyo campus.

Note that you can obviously buy cheaper paper, but this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for. The size is true passport, so a tick smaller than field notes. I prefer this because it's a little more front pocket friendly.
