 I wouldn't be surprised if the opposite happened, which the brightness dropping to prevent overheating after a while, but this makes no sense. It happens even if I am not touching it, so it's not a switch or contact issue (the switch feels good and I never have weird behavior when intentionally switching modes). I had it sitting on the edge of the table in a low mode to illuminate something I was working on, and then BOOM it goes up. It's really bad when I am trying to use it at low power for looking at stuff up close and it flashes my eyeballs

 First of all, Manker has quickly become one of my favorite flashlight makers, I own more Manker than I do Nitecore, Lumintop, Olight, etc and their build quality, features, and value are among the best out there. In the neutral warm tint, its got really nice color reproduction, but its not too amber or yellowish like some Neutral whites can be. If you are comparing this to other 2 AA lights like the Nitecore MT2A basically it boils down to this. The Manker is technically brighter, but the Nitecore has a further throw (about 50% more)

 I found that pretty remarkable. To be honest, would it be on there 27 minutes, but it's held pretty well, hasn't it overall in particular, for that length of time you certainly wouldn't expect it. Would you from such a tiny little thing with really great output minuscule little battery in there, but we got the first battery warning was at 12 minutes and then we had three in a row at 16 minutes for some strange reason: uh one at 17, one at 19., one at 21, 24 and 26 with our batch of warnings and overall i'm really really pleased and very surprised with that

 I put that, on the end of the video i filmed the runtimes before i came out um you will see the runtimes and that they're pretty decent, and that was the only thing that um. I was kind of worried about a little bit with this light needlessly. So i think now the benefit of hindsight is um with such a tiny, tiny little thing. How useful is it actually going to be, and hopefully you can see um from this extremely useful? If you need something pretty small that you can pop in your pocket with that type of performance right folks catch you soon, hi folks, i've decided to just pop back to the nano for a second and ask myself at the this familiar spot, which you'll recognize in A minute can it do 100 meters? Yes, it can

 You can see the any changes in power i'll just get it up to maximum output. Reading on the lux meter, so 77 we're starting off with and we'll just leave it going and um see how long it lasts for the three little blings that that's that's! The battery warning, starting to um uh, to kick in so when you see that foreign okay folks hold them i'll turn it off there at that. Let me just uh ramp up to full power, then just quickly show you the temperature. Okay, i better turn that off um

I was able to get in about five good 30 second tests before i noticed that the output began to decline more significantly, also because it's designed to throw it's not very well suited for up close tasks because the beam is so focused. It would probably be a good idea to carry around another keychain light, that's more suited for up close tasks for some balance. I'M not a huge fan of the backlit button either because it's still tough to see it and it drains the battery

 But after letting it cool off. I was able to test it again and i was able to achieve a similar high output. This is a shot indoors, starting on the lowest setting, and then it's going to ramp up slowly, here's a final shot of a local water tower, as you can see by the beam shots, the throw on the lumentop gt. Nano is absolutely incredible and under ideal conditions, i don't think that a 300 meter throw is out of the question when i was testing this light

 I was incredibly impressed and it far exceeded my expectations and it competes in throw distance with lights that are much larger. One thing to keep in mind is that the battery life is not going to last very long. So if you plan on using it a lot, you might want to carry some spare batteries with you. Is Lumintop GT Nano the Best Keychain Flashlight Thrower? (300 meters, 450 lumens)

Ounce for ounce best small, and I mean small, flashlight. Not inexpensive but worth it with one caveat. Not sure if mine has an intermittent contact when installing battery after charging. Thought it was toast but has worked fine through a second charge and battery install! The old saying horse power is not cheap

WOW what a light!

 The screw cap has to be in just the perfect spot or it wouldn’t turn on. You’d have to tighten the cap, then loosen it till the light started flashing… and then you could turn it on. That’s why I returned it. If I can’t tighten it and turn it on, or just leave it tightened and press the button when needed, I’ll replace it with a more reliable light
