 Was expecting it to last at least a year. Other than that experience with the foam roller is great. Videos gaiam makes for the foam roller have been fantastic since I had no clue what I was doing at first.

Started to warp

 I ordered this roller because it came with a DVD. I find I do better when I don't have to look up exercises and can just pop in a DVD.

 The DVD has the instructor using a long 36" foam roller. Some of the exercises are harder to perform using a shorter roller. I did a few of the exercises, but felt it was just too hard and the experience was more painful than expected. I was so sore the next day

This is my first foam roller experience. I am a total beginner. It was recommended to me to help with low back pain and tight hips. I received this item very quickly and was eager to try it out

Hard as a rock!

I'm not one to write many reviews, usually if a product is bad I just return it and move on with my day. This however is an entirely different story. There is little doubt in my mind that this is a counterfeit product. How do I know this? Because I bought this EXACT same product directly from the GAIAM website and then I bought this one from Amazon, and the difference between the two is night and day

I have only had this item for a short time so I can't give a detailed description of my experience. My local Target has the same item, but I found it for a few dollars less (even after tax) via Amazon.  There is a dvd that comes with it but its not for this roller. kinda weird this would be included if its for a different item

 Follow the video and don't rush through the work out. The foam could've been a little softer but hey it's all good. Drink plenty of water, have a nice day readers. :)

The foam roller definitely helps strengthen your muscles and stretch your back; however, the foam is pretty hard and you should take it easy at first. If you rush through a workout you may find yourself being unprepared and you may experience some back pain at first. It does get easier and better the more you work out with it.  Great product, I would recommend this to a friend
