 It's got pretty darn good edge grip, maybe not as powerful or with as much vibration damping as a ski, a heavier ski with more metal would be. But considering its weight, yeah, the edge grip and the stability is pretty good. And then that weight kind of gives you a more, a more maneuverable feel when you take it off trail or if you're making kind of quick turns on the side of the trail, a little easier to flick back and forth. And what's also nice is although it doesn't use much tail rocker, it does have enough rocker and enough kind of early taper, both in the tip and the tail, more noticeable in the tip, that it's not gonna feel catchy

 More directional than most skis that we see from Line.

 The company is definitely known for twin tips

 and kind of park and freestyle oriented skis.

 on a versatile, directional, all mountain ski.

 And they also use what they call carbon magic fingers,

 which are essentially just longitudinal strips

 a little more pop and energy out of a turn,

 because it keeps the weight down quite a bit

 a lot of competitors skis in the same width range.

 So that definitely comes into play when you ski it.

 It does feel, like I said, a little lighter,

 a little less fatiguing than some, excuse me.

 But you still get a pretty, pretty stiff flex pattern.

 In most cases added stability through rough snow comes with added weight, somthing like a Blizzard Rustler 9 would be a bit heavier and also a bit wider. Itll still pivot through tight terrain but you'll notice the extra swing weight.

I’m currently on a Volkl Blaze 86 and love how quick and playful it feels in trees and bumps, however the second I get too fast or go too big the ski lets me know veeeery quickly. I’m pretty much looking for something along the same lines as the Blaze but sacrifices a bit less stability at speed and mixed snow performance. Would love any input or alternative ski suggestions!
