 Really firm snow wasn't really well where they excelled, but they were definitely easy to maneuver on short turns or wide turns. These held up really well on the groomers and they also did pretty well in the trees. I had no problem getting short turns in around the trees, so that was really great.  This ski was pretty playful in that because the tips are super soft, you could turn pretty easily, but again, this is not going to be a freestyle ski. This is going to be a directional ski, so this ski is going to do the best on groomers and in light powder. The profile has just a little bit of camber in it, which is nice because it does help you keep your edge on groomers. Control was best at moderate to slow speeds

 I did ski this on some pretty firm ice. It definitely experienced some chatter there, but if you're just skiing a lot of like soft snow, trees, and you're not necessarily on the East Coast, these would be a really good option. This ski was pretty playful in that because the tips are super soft, you could turn pretty easily, but again, this is not going to be a freestyle ski. This is going to be a directional ski, so this ski is going to do the best on groomers and in light powder

 They did really well in the trees. They were pretty good on the groomers. Really firm snow wasn't really well where they excelled, but they were definitely easy to maneuver on short turns or wide turns. These held up really well on the groomers and they also did pretty well in the trees
