Messed with numerous settings and cannot get rid of the lag unless picture mode is set to gaming. Returning this garbage.

The main “ENTER button is awkward because it has a scroll function on it (for scrolling on internet and “quick scroll for channels) and it should be placed higher up on the device (ergonomically speaking). Remote is a bit small for my hand and I am not a man. I have yet to find a “last channel” button :-( It has a RETURN button, but it doesn’t do what I would expect. And you have to go to another screen or channel up or down to view “program info”

The only dislike and difficulties I'm experiencing is the new remote and how to pair it with our old universal remote. I'd prefer to use just one but having problem with setting up surround sound and having to use TV speakers each time I turn on tv. Overall, I do like the new TV, better than my old 55" Samsung curved TV which I would never recommend to anyone. Back to Sony products for me

Forget the AI SOUND in the settings, it's rubbish! The smart features of the tv also have gotten an upgrade. With this newer version of WebOS, I am finally able to use Alexa or Google assistant as well as being able to stream from my Apple and Google devices. It makes things handy since I no longer have to connect any external smart boxes such as Apple TV or my NVIDIA Shield. Overall, the tv is still better than any LCD LED-lit based tv

On a positive note, if you have an established Google account, setting up the TV is a breeze and actually borderline fun (weird, I know). You need the Google Home app on your phone or tablet. The app helps set up the TV. But really what the app wants to do is absorb this TV into an army of Google-powered devices in your house into one app

They are serviceable for watching the news or something simple like that but even then they come off as being tinny or hollow sounding. You can help this a little bit by manually adjusting the EQ but who calibrated the built in options must have been listening from a different room. All in all I would probably buy this TV again but I would probably look a little harder at non OLED options to really get a better sense of all the options they can provide.

The sound is not much to write home about but then again most built in television speakers never are. If this is going in a small room I’m sure you’ll be fine with the built in speakers. If you’re going to put it in a medium sized room or in a room that may have ancillary sound coming in you may want to invest in a sound bar. If you’re going to use this in your main media room or in any large setting you should hook it up to a sound system for a true movie experience

If you nudge the wheel in the slightest while trying to hit the button, the D-pad cursor is erased and the motion cursor pops up, ready to immediately misclick whatever it happens to be pointing at at the time. Fortunately, the TV has an IR receiver and is fully supported by my 12-year old Harmony remote, so I'll hopefully never need to touch the remote again. - Likely stemming from WebOS's roots as a touch-based interface for phones, some items (such as bringing up series details in the Hulu PP) are brought up by long-pressing the OK button. Even Roku players, which bring minimalism in remote design to an art form, have a dedicated button for such things

The remote control had an inelegant feel to it. Simple narrow rectangle. Loading apps was more difficult than on other smart TVs. This unit would not support Netflix

And maybe the bigger size will keep me from losing it in the couch like the AppleTV Remote.

I do wish the remote control wasn't so, um, huge. At least the most frequently used buttons are located in the middle so they are easily accessible and the remote control is balanced in the hand. I haven't been able to get the optical sound output to work with my sound bar, but I'm still working on that. I do wish I could use voice commands with my Alexa, but haven't found a skill yet that enables that
