The control lags and you end up on screens you don’t want to. Worst purchase ever. I thought Samsung was top of the line but honestly this model is the worst!!! I had Toshiba and tlc that are worth more than this thing!

The main “ENTER button is awkward because it has a scroll function on it (for scrolling on internet and “quick scroll for channels) and it should be placed higher up on the device (ergonomically speaking). Remote is a bit small for my hand and I am not a man. I have yet to find a “last channel” button :-( It has a RETURN button, but it doesn’t do what I would expect. And you have to go to another screen or channel up or down to view “program info”

The UI sucks, especially when searching; on other Samsung TVs it uses predictive text to suggest the next letter, this one doesn't, and it also forces you to make an extra click by selecting a check mark after. Every. Single. Letter

Forget the AI SOUND in the settings, it's rubbish! The smart features of the tv also have gotten an upgrade. With this newer version of WebOS, I am finally able to use Alexa or Google assistant as well as being able to stream from my Apple and Google devices. It makes things handy since I no longer have to connect any external smart boxes such as Apple TV or my NVIDIA Shield. Overall, the tv is still better than any LCD LED-lit based tv

I received my new Television a few days ago, and i was very impressed with everything about it. This 43" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020) has an high quality picture, has a sensor that automatically adjust the brightness,easy set-up, you can turn on the TV speaker and Bluetooth device at the same time, has sign language zoom and so much more. My grandchildren and myself are very pleased with our new 43" Class TU7000 Crystal 4K Smart TV. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a new television, i would tell them to purchase this one

They are serviceable for watching the news or something simple like that but even then they come off as being tinny or hollow sounding. You can help this a little bit by manually adjusting the EQ but who calibrated the built in options must have been listening from a different room. All in all I would probably buy this TV again but I would probably look a little harder at non OLED options to really get a better sense of all the options they can provide.

I got this TV about a month or so ago and I just love it The weight is only 36 lb if that and it is super clear it is just one of the best TVs I've ever had I love how I can hook it up to my phone to use it that way and the sound is phenomenal I highly recommend this Samsung TV [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

If you nudge the wheel in the slightest while trying to hit the button, the D-pad cursor is erased and the motion cursor pops up, ready to immediately misclick whatever it happens to be pointing at at the time. Fortunately, the TV has an IR receiver and is fully supported by my 12-year old Harmony remote, so I'll hopefully never need to touch the remote again. - Likely stemming from WebOS's roots as a touch-based interface for phones, some items (such as bringing up series details in the Hulu PP) are brought up by long-pressing the OK button. Even Roku players, which bring minimalism in remote design to an art form, have a dedicated button for such things

Small remotes suck. The enter button is in the dead middle of the remote, and if you're in the dark and miss that button then you'll find yourself in a menu or back at the app home page.

Why it needs so many software patches, I do not know, I guess I'm glad it continues to receive support but it is concerning / annoying to say the least. Also, for $3k I would hope for a higher refresh rate, at least 240Hz which this TV is not. PC games look ok but could look worlds smoother with a faster response time.

looked better. Well, that 240Hz refresh rate is why. When I read the specs online I was shocked to see the refresh rate at 60hz ('motion rate 120' is just gimmicky buzzword speak to sell low grade TV's like 'blast processing' was used to sell Sega Genesis for those old enough to remember). I still love Samsung, and I will be getting a better TV from the brand when I can

And maybe the bigger size will keep me from losing it in the couch like the AppleTV Remote.

I returned this item because I realized I needed a bigger screen to accommodate the wall. Otherwise, the picture was good and I had no other issues.
