It still is happening. Very annoying. Also the pointer option on the remote sucks. Very hard to control

When you first turn it on, you have to pair the remote to the TV. The remote barely worked, I had to press the button 10 times to get it to do anything. It took me over 10 minutes to enter my email address. I even tried new batteries

I tracked it on amazon site it went up and down in the state till I finally got, too much handling.. will not reorder. AMAZON YOU NEED TO DO BETTER

In this age of instant responses, this OS is not. Moving between videos and selecting one; or another provider is like watching the little clock go around 4 or 5 times.

I literally selected resume in Prime Video app on XBOX and it was way better. Considering the age of the XBOX it's beyond disappointing that the LG os and apps perform so poorly. While the screen itself is probably a 3/5 in quality the poor user experience and quality of their software demotes this from a "Smart TV" that I paid for to an overpriced 65" monitor

adjustment in picture,sound, motion clarity,action smoothing, color temp took awhile..UI is easy and the remote is great, just need to get rid of the netflix,disney,hulu,and sling shortcut buttons.

Update: i had some sound distortions issue. So i thought it was soundbar that i have but it was the TV! It happends when you use HDMI(arc) so check your TV also has same issue. And i couldnt exchange when i realized this cause of its been over 30days. Anyway i hope this is helpful 🙂

It has a decent frequency response with a well-balanced sound profile that delivers clear dialogue. It gets very loud, with very little distortion, even at max volume.

I would summarize by saying that this set delivers value commensurate with its price.

This should no longer be an issue when I get my new receiver, but definitely a negative.
