Gaming laptop batteries are typically not the best and is by far the lowest point for me. It doesn't last long, with more graphically-demanding titles, as the case with the latter. I gave it 1 star, likely because this was used, and a fresh battery might perform better. In addition to NVidia's GeForce Experience software (not included) there are other optimization tools that come with with the stock OS, namely the MSI Dragon Center, but I'm yet to see a profound effect on the battery, so everything stays plugged into AC power

As a comparison, my Samsung phone with one tiny speaker is much, much louder and clearer than this Chromebook. Makes no sense - the two speaker grills on the front could easily support larger, louder, better quality speakers. What would it cost them, a dollar? Two? Lenovo, come on now, Overall I really like this Chromebook. It serves most of my needs, is quick, simple to use, light, good for scrolling the internet, good for watching movies (but as mentioned, the volume is low, so it would be a challenge to play for a group in a room), the battery is pretty good - never ran out of battery

In comparison, even the laptop I'm updating this on has faster wifi responses, and the manufacturer advised me the wifi on it is running sub par and slow at this time if I wish to send in for repair. With the MSI running far far slower than this, with lag so bad, I have given up using it, as a gaming PC, that's a huge issue. There is no ethernet port, which probably would have been an acceptable solution for me in many instances anyhow, since when I game, I prefer a direct ethernet connection usually anyhow. But, if the wifi had worked well enough, I would have kept the laptop for it's other performance benefits

The Stealth 15M is a well-designed laptop without many glaring issues, but for the price of this configuration (and even the less costly ones, which are still fairly costly), you won’t be getting a ton of bang for your buck if you’re a gamer who wants great performance. MSI went with a thinner, more subtle design than some other gaming laptop designs, and that’s one of the best things about the Stealth 15M. But if you’re eager to spend this much on a gaming laptop, either spend a few hundred more to get one that has a QHD screen with a better GPU or wait until Dell’s more affordable G15 Ryzen Edition releases in May.

If you’re expecting tablet-like weight, you will be disappointed because it is considerably heavier than a tablet. Personally, I would rather have a well constructed Chromebook like this one than a flimsy, light one.

The MSI Stealth 15M Gaming Laptop is a great machine - the screen is wonderful, and the specs really rival mid-high range desktop computers. You'd have no problem running games on it, using professional software on it or watching 4K media. Why the low rating then? The problem is that this all comes at a price - the 15M's battery life is atrocious, the machine is heavy and cumbersome and the fans and thermals make it very awkward to use in any public setting, making it an extremely unportable and inconvenient device. I'm assuming that if you're looking for a laptop, you're looking for some minimal amount of portability, that unfortunately the 15M just doesn't have
