These Klein J203-8N long nose pliers are the ones I’ve used for many years and still carry them in my tool bucket every day. The one thing I really like about these pliers over the standard Klein long nose pliers is the #12 stripping notch in the center of the cutter. I first good use I found for it years ago was for cleanly stripping the rubber insulation off knob & tube wires without nicking the conductors or unravelling the woven outer covering. I also found it that it worked great on old BX wire for the same reasons

In this review I'm comparing Klein vs Knipex 2611200 Pliers. This was my first time to order pliers from either company. I had a couple other Klein tools which I really liked, and had an initial bias toward Klein. But unfortunately, I was disappointed

 So it's not a chisel grind, but obviously it is locking the way you can disengage the lock open our clothes as you press down on this piece right here and it disengages the lock on all the tools but go ahead and put the knife away. You do also have, on the other side a serrated blade. I believe this is 440 Hz as well. Everything on here is pretty much 440 Hz, but this is also paper cutting sharp and I'll roll in a video of that also really sharp

 This right here is very sharp, probably paper, cutting sharp and seems to be fairly precise in the shape and size. So if you need an awl for something, it's great to have also comes with a bottle and can opener on the other side of course see right. There now I really don't like Leatherman, I've used them a few times, but preferably I kind of like the Victorinox Swiss Army ones, but I suppose you could use this if you really needed to but yeah you have that option available. It'S there

 This is great for my EDC and I've been carrying it for about two weeks now, since back around Christmas - maybe not two weeks, maybe more like a week, but I really like it. It'S a great multi-tool, it's kind of budget. I mean I got this for around 50, but already the prices dropped to about 43 dollars on amazon.com

Leatherman Rebar Multi-Tool Review

It's as good as any Leatherman but the tools inside the handle are a bit more annoying than I thought they'd be and they're also very hard to get out. Sometimes I have to find something to pry them out. Even after use & lubrication they're still just too tight. Makes me just not want to use it

Great Leatherman, just not perfect

I bought this to replace a cheap off brand multitool. What a difference. I should never have bought that cheap garbage and just saved up the extra money for this. Lesson learned

Perfect every day carry tool

I imagine the leatherman will last me longer, but I used the Gerber for a couple years of light use around work and campsites, and I prefer it.

It feels sturdy in the hand. I know Leatherman has a reputation for durability. It may pan out in the end.

I’m waiting to be wowed

 It had some broken blades and I don't even know why I kept it. But I went ahead and filled out a warranty claim and sent it in and within a couple weeks I had a new Leatherman Rebar.

I sent in my 20 year old Wave to Leatherman for cleaning and restoration - the small tools had kind of rusted closed and it was covered in JB Weld. They said it was too old to service and sent me this gleaming new beauty. Leatherman will definitely be getting more of my business in the future.

 This multitool is not as bomb proof as the ST 300 but it is much lighter and fits into my hand better. Blades are sharp right out of the box (although honing never hurts) and the new style blade release is a vast improvement over the old one leatherman's had.

Great Little Tool

 The Leatherman tool is an excellent piece of USA made craftsmanship and a GREAT tool, they just sell it with a garbage sheath which is going to cause people to lose their tool or just not use the sheath at all which in turn will cause people to lose their tool. Great tool, crappy sheath. Merry Christmas everyone.

 Seriously, just design the damn thing to deploy the tool from the top like the majority of belt worn knives and other tools out there. In short, the sheath sucks, don't waste your time with it.  I don't think most dudes that carry a Leather man where a belt that skinny. Next, the sheath is designed to open from the bottom, securing the tool in place by a Velcro flap. The Velcro and flap actually seem well made BUT if that Velcro fails or gets snagged on something while you are running through the bush you can say goodbye to your new $69.00 Leatherman
