These have been perfect for our teething baby. We transitioned to these from the silicone finger brush. We’ve had to allow her to chew on this to get used to the brush before we started brushing her teeth with it. The handle is perfect for toddler hands and the bristles are just soft enough that they don’t irritate her too much when we brush her teeth

I did like the quadrapacer feature (indicating that I should move to next part of mouth) and the for that reason alone, I gave this a "fair" rating.
