IUGA High-Waist Yoga Pants vs Patagonia Torrentshell Pants

Too much to ask for? These are my first pair of these modern popular leggings and maybe they just aren’t for me. I grew up in the “low rise pants” era so I’m hating this high rise trend and hate anything on my stomach. These leggings are thick, and WARM, good for winter but will search for a summer legging. And maybe leggings are for those types of gals that keep their legs shaved and waxed and smooth, I find these not the most comfortable with my hairy legs

They are decently warm when I'm outside and breathable when I'm inside. The pants move with me and every part I move almost like a second skin I basically don't even feel them when I wear them which i feel is a bonus because you feel more free and able to do more things. Even after work I wear my pants just watching tv on the couch and yes I actually have slept in my IUGA pants and I got really good sleep that night. Something about them makes you feel cozy and secure and a little bit sexy

Patagonia describe the pants as 'simple and unpretentious' which begs the first question: What do you need in waterproof trousers? There are the several-hundred-pound, full side-zip, Kevlar kick patch, bomb-proof and flattering variety; wear all day, climb a north face and ski off the summit with only a flimsy pair of tights beneath. These are not those.
