I love how easy it is to clean the bottom and trays but wish the lid came away from the heating mechanism to clean it thoroughly but it's a minor inconvenience. I realized that the recommended times and temps in the manual are waaay off. I stick much closer to my regular oven's cooking times and temps and I found the results are more to my liking than what the they suggested. That said once you figure out what setting work best for your baking preferences you will be ecstatic! I have had this for about 2 weeks and I've used it basically everyday
