I got a iHome Nova and while its nice I do wish I had gotten the bagless Shark. That said there is a con to bagless and that is getting really REALLY dirty filters so those have to be changed/washed eventually.

We actually went ahead and purchased the Miele Blizzard Cx1 which is bagless but I'm really not sure I want to keep it because I've heard that the lifetime filter doesn't last longer than a year or so. And I also have concerns about the longevity of bagged vs bagless.

I had never heard of the Miele brand prior to getting this Miele Boost CX1 - Bagless canister vacuum cleaner, so I wasn’t sure what they were all about. But if this is any judge of there quality than I’m hooked! Let me just say that this isn’t going to replace your vacuum cleaner, or even your stick vacuum. This is more like a hybrid between a shop vac, vacuum cleaner, and a stick vacuum. It makes cleaning things above floor level a breeze! It does a good job on the floor too, but I think it really excels at those things above floor level

In addition, the water reservoir is also the dust/dirt reservoir for vacuuming, which makes me concerned about vacuuming after mopping; even a day later, I'm just not sure it will be dry inside. - Gets stuck way too often. Hard floors and standard carpeting seem fine, but any rugs or slight variations in the surface height (we have a couple of cat trees with bases that are about an inch tall) can cause problems. Basically every time it vacuums it gets stuck at least one, today when mopping it got stuck about 8 times

If you want a bagless vacuum, I think my Dyson V10 has better performance and is even cordless, you just lose the flexibility of a canister vacuum. I hope Miele does better in the future!

Wish I had enough space to say all my thoughts! I have had a Shark irobot & now this IHome Vac, unfortunately, both have issues connecting to the app. I called customer service & they confirmed the issue w/ IHome Vac & said it would likely be resolved in a week, so unable to talk about app connection. PRO'S: does a good job of cleaning carpet, like that it has a remote for those w/o smartphones/app issues, strong suction on carpets (stronger than my old Shark), u can attend to other chores while IHome is vacuuming, no clunky/bulky vacuum to transport for cleaning, floor not overly damp after mopping, doesn't hit walls/surfaces hard, not super loud. CONS: instructions/pictures on Vac usage are confusing/vague, ordering extra bags/mop pads will get expensive, no place in instructions does it tell you model/serial # for replacement parts, app connection issues, remote doesn't come w/ batteries = make sure you have 2 AAA's, mopping feature left my carpet damp as Vac travelled back to base

This vacuum has a very powerful suction and does an amazing job of removing pet hair from my carpet and rugs. It is lightweight and easy to pull around the house. I am able to vacuum a large area before needing to dump it, also. The only issue I have had with it is that I cannot push it forward on the carpet

For the most part I like this product. What I dislike about it is that it is too "tall" to go under my sofa and loveseat; it's also too "tall" to go under the tables in my living room. What I do like about it is it's convenient! It does what it's supposed to do.

It is very easy to manuever. The suction power is amazing for something so small as it can reach wind speeds of over 60mph. It isn't loud but it isn't super quiet either. It gets under and around furniture easily making the job so much easier than an upright

It’s priced about the same as others vacuums now that there are more on the market the price has come down considerably. It had good suctions power, makes about the same amount of noise which is not much and easy to operate. However, it didn’t automatically go onto any of the no-pile rugs as we thought it would since they are all so very thin but did a nice job on the wood floor and tile.

Love this vacuum. It is affordable too. That was another great feature of this vacuum, it is affordable!

The machine is beautiful looks so fancy and it is easy to set up which his also a plus. I love that I can connect it to my phone with an app and control it completely from there which makes things extra easier. So far it has done an amazing job in my room and what is even cuter is that she actually goes back to the base on her own when done and she parks herself to charge and release the dust. I LOVE IT! Also there are cleaning tools it comes with plus extra filter and dust bag

I’ll be the contrarian here - I have a Miele Blizzard CX1 but absolutely hate the canister-style vacuum. I can confirm that it’s a high-quality product with good reliability but lugging the canister around, bumping into every piece of furniture and door jamb is very annoying. I’m in the market for something more nimble and battery powered. Canisters take up too much space for me and I hate all of the lugging and bumping around that comes with the territory
