 It's for a poppy playful ski it did ride a little stiffer. I recommend this for an intermediate to advanced skier that's looking to progress a little bit in their skiing.

The Icelantic Nomad 95 is a great ski for the strong intermediate to expert level skier looking for a playful ride that will rip it in the park, charge down a wide open bowl and take on everything in between. Icelantic's Tri-Axe Construction has three layers of 20mm Rubber Foil that dampens out vibrations from sticking a big landing, giant cliff hucks and top speeds. Fiberglass Laminates reinforce the ski to give it a little bit of snap without adding any extra weight. If you never know if you are going to be spending your day in the park or wandering around the rest of the mountain, the Icelantic Nomad 95 is a perfect choice.

 Hey, Parker here, just got done riding the Nomad

 95's by Icelantic. Super fun playful ski, 95 under waist so you can take it

 absolutely anywhere on the mountain. Performs well in deeper snow, works well

 on the front face as well. If you want you can even take it into the park. It's

 for a poppy playful ski it did ride a little stiffer.

The East coast vs west coast snow packs are just so different. You are taking about skis with such huge sweet spots that not a lot of skis can really offer. The skis that I think have the best shot of being the a ski that could pull it off are the moment wildcat 101, jskis master blaster, icelantic nomad 95.

As a thought experiment, what is the single most versatile ski for the widest audience? A lot of all-mountain award winners usually specify advanced+ skiers and have a bias towards one type of terrain or another.

What skis would provide the widest envelope of performance for the widest group of people, eg acceptable performance in everything if not actually the best performance in anything. As in I could give a chargey 220lb western advanced skier and a timid 150lb eastern intermediate the same skis and both would have a decent if not amazing time. 

IDK if this ski exists, but it would probably have:

* rockered/twinned tips and tails 
* moderate weight 
* fat enough width for soft snow
* narrow enough for hardpack
* reasonably stiff flex underfoot
* 15-20m sidecut 
* reasonably soft flex in the tips/tails
* some vibration damping construction (carbon, partial titanal, etc)
* adapts well to progressive as well as traditional mount points 
* adapts well to skiers of variable size/weight 

The closest skis I can think of are Salomon QSTs, Fischer Ranger FRs, Line Sick Days, Elan Ripsticks; none of which seem to be particularly best selling or award winning.

But what exists on the other end of that extreme?

 I would say that if you're a person that likes to you know kind of do the all-mountain freestyle thing but sticks to the groomers that's a good option for you. This ski is Icelantic's take on the more narrow all-mountain side of things it's 95 underfoot it's pretty fun it's got a fair bit of rocker in it so it's uh likes to pivot a lot these guys are uh fairly fairly stiff laterally and a little bit softer in the shovel and kind of through like the first part of the flex and then a little bit more solid underfoot so it likes to grab and carve trenches on those groomers for sure but this ski is definitely a lot more focused towards that kind of soft snow stuff that is not groomed basically probably say this would be a good ski if you're kind of looking for something that can go all over likes park you like moguls this ski has a great pivot and moguls might look elsewhere if you're looking for like a full-on hardcore charger with no speed limit this guy does like to make shorter radius turns um those longer ones do get a bit squirrely it can hold its own in high speeds but it doesn't do as well as some other options out there. Updating a top-selling model is risky business, but we think Nordica nailed last year’s revamp of the Enforcer line. The mid-width “94,” which replaced the outgoing 93-millimeter ski, is our favorite of bunch thanks to its sturdy yet fun personality. Notable tweaks to the design, including greater use of carbon fiber and a lighter-weight front end that features less plastic and more wood, increased versatility. The result is that the ski has lots of pop as you combine turns on and off trail, grips exceptionally well on hardpack, and still can put a lot of power down with two sheets of metal. The Nordica Enforcer 94 is our favorite ski for carving and ranks well overall in our all-mountain lineup. The Enforcer 94's Carbon Chassis and TWO Sheets of metal combine to create our favorite blend of edge grip, rebound, and overall precision while carving at higher speeds. Coming in at a versatile turn radius of 17.1 meters, we found it intuitive in shorter SL and longer GS turns. While the Enforcer is ideal for carving on the groomers, it also provides excellent versatility across the mountain in all snow conditions.
The adjustments made for the 2021-2022 model include Nordica's Carbon Chassis and True Tip technologies. Along with a slightly wider 94-millimeter waist width, the Enforcer 94 gains slightly better off-piste performance than its predecessor's 93-millimeter width underfoot.
