Love my boots!!! I am 5’2” and my boots come just below my knee! I have large calves and D width feet and these boots fit me amazingly!!! I have enough room in them that I can even wear heavy socks so I can wear them in cold weather- perfect for the snow and slush during Ohio winter weather!!! Also, I wear a 6 1/2 shoe and the size 6 in my Hunter boots was just right!!! I did get the adjustable back which I needed for my legs to be comfortable. I had tried the regular fit on in the store and I could get my leg in it but it was a tight fit. With the adjustable fit I can even put my jeans down in my boots- I’ve NEVER been able to do that!!! I had tried the UGG rain boot and they were tight around my leg and didn’t come up as high as the Hunter boot and being 5’ 2” they didn’t look as good. The Hunter boot comes up higher on my leg and makes my legs look longer!!! For me, they are perfect!!!

Finally... a perfect fit for my large calves and “D” width feet!!!

Purchased these Hunter boots with the adjustable back after first purchasing the original Hunter boots and the calves just barely fit me. These with the adjustable back were great in the adjustable aspect and would fit fairly wide calves. However; I had them cinched to make them small which made them bulky on the back of my leg to the point where when I sat down, it was very uncomfortable because it then hit the back of my knee. I decided to order a size down based on the mixed reviews but I should've followed the chart this time. My specs: 17 inch calf (yep, measured just for you), I wear size 7 1/2 in Michael Kors Slip-on sneakers and G by Guess sneakers, and I wear size 8 in Jessica Simpson and Christian Siriano heels. I purchased the boots in a size US 7/EU 38/UK 5 in the matte black color. The boots are extremely difficult to take off if your legs/calves are as thick as mine, and after taking them off I had a minor sensation that I still had them on

 The matte black is beautiful and looks exactly as pictured. The boots feel sturdy but not clunky and have great bend in the ankle. This is an initial review so I can't speak on durability of the material, but we are in hurricane season here in South Florida till November so I'll get to test the material in the elements. I plan to order the size 8 and compare the fit to the 7

 Disclaimer: I did order a size down, fearful they ran large, so if I had the recommended size 8 I may not have these issues. Now, these rain boots are nothing short of spectacular from my initial observation. I've ordered and returned supposed wide-calf friendly rain boots by Joules and DKSUKO and they were fails compared to Hunter in overall fit. Even a size down, the Hunter boots fit comfortably with a thin sock on, and would be tolerable if I had to keep the size 7

I compared at least 6 different rain boots, mud boots and different sizes in some. They were sizes 9, 10, 11 etc. Depends on the manufacturer: For our purposes here I will compare size 10 in: 1. Seac 6mm, 2

 Kind of comfortable sole but size 10 is more like an 11.5. And bulky, and foot area doesn't seem to have enough curve to it. Be difficult to get a good fit unless you ordered at least three pair to try on

Ordered Size 10, I wear a 10/10.5 shoe. Definitely fits more like an 11. But even still, I'd probably want something bigger to make it easier to get on and off

 If crocs puts in a liner, and works on the proportions a bit, I think the boot would be an absolute winner, as I really enjoy the cushion and comfort of their shoes. I hope this happens, as once I struggled through the process of getting the boot on, re-positioning my foot, unbinding my toes from my now-overly-tight socks, jamming my heel back, rocking back and forth a bit, and just generally spending 10 minutes trying to get my feet to feel like they weren't in a vice..

 the boots were very comfortable to walk in. I wear a size 9 in normal crocs, and ordered these in a size 11. While a larger size may have helped with getting the boot on and off, I already had volumes of extra space in my toe area with the size 11, and anything bigger would have just been ridiculous to wear for me.

Overall flawed design.

 These boots were the first product that looked handsome, are more than comfortable, lightweight, and do what they say; which is to keep water out.  I bought them big because when it's raining and snowy here and you have to go outside. Speed is the name of the game, quick on, quick off, and off you go. If anything I am more concerned about rolling my ankles but this could just be to the fact I just watched the Connor fight, actually he might be your spoke person, he'd bring recognition to the brand

Bought these for something to throw on/off quick when it's time to let the ducks out in the morning or lock them in for the evening. Needed something that was waterproof and didn't have aggressive tread. There are many waterproof boots out there but most of them have aggressive tread which tends to pick up, hold, and track mud & muck more which I want to avoid. These fit the bill with the typical low profile Croc's tread

Good enough for my application

After reading some reviews saying they’re too tight I had no problem fitting my feet in them. I wanted to get a pair of Hunter boots but they were too pricey. But these Croc rain boots are a decent price and happy with my purchase.
