Toggle wifi on TV , change network(and5G) , power cycle TV via cord, and power cycle router . The TV reports the wifi failure is authentication every time. Not sure how that is possible?

Then I decided to pair the two Hisense voice remotes with two of my current Roku TV's and they worked immediately. So the Hisense voice remotes have an issue with their own TV. Ultimately, I'm satisfied just using a standard Roku remote for this TV.

Other than the big ones, the variety is disappointing, even in the music section. 3- I do not buy a TV outright only to have the manufacturer decide what I CAN'T remove. The first damn option in your "customizing" short cut bar, is SAMSUNG's forced-on-you advertising slot, that cannot be moved out of the or removed, and I have no interest in it! There are a few others that can't be dropped, but can be moved. 4- Despite trying to follow the trend to smaller remotes, they missed the mark

I've seen other reviews or complaints about this problem since purchasing it but haven't found a solution yet. Its not terrible just annoying sometimes.

TV is great, good resolution. Only defect is that need more streaming apps like Hulu and others. But overall great TV.

The only reason for not giving a 5 star is the Roku part of the TV. Best part of rook is the user interface and the size of the remote, but Sometimes the screen gets frozen due to the Roku instability and that causes abt 10-15 seconds of reboot. The alternative for this issue is to put a separate streaming device(I had a previous Apple TV box), so it works wonderful now. And did I mention that I use external speaker, so I can't comment on the speakers as such

The set up for this TV wasn’t awful, but Ivwas hoping for a more intuitive experience. We were able to get Netflix and Amazon Prime figured out with some patience. So far, we haven’t figured out Disney+. Maybe I need to make adjustments in the TV settings, but the picture only seems a touch better than our 4-5 year old Samsung UHD
