 It's like night and day how much better I feel now that I got rid of the Leap chair. Plus, the Mirra 2 has the best lumber adjuster that I've ever experienced in an office chair and I just feel so much more supported in it than the Leap (or even the original Aeron I had before the Leap).

I switched to a Herman Miller Mirra 2 which has great sacrum support (even better than an Aeron), and literally after the first work day of sitting it it, I feel so much better. I think I read somewhere that Herman Miller states that sacrum support is just as important as lumbar support for overall back health and I'm inclined to agree. It's like night and day how much better I feel now that I got rid of the Leap chair. Plus, the Mirra 2 has the best lumber adjuster that I've ever experienced in an office chair and I just feel so much more supported in it than the Leap (or even the original Aeron I had before the Leap)

 The arms are soft and filled with a kind of a gel and are very comfortable unlike the hard or soft plastic most other chair use. In addition to adjusting up and down, the armrests also twist inward as well as move in and out.  The material that comprises the back is very flexible. Unlike a traditional chair that usually has a hard or soft back, the Mirra's back is flexible and molds to your back

 The arms don't always lock at the height you select, the steps for the locking mechanism need to be tighter. In addition, the armrests don't move in and out very smoothly, it takes a disproportionate amount of force to get them moving and you have a tendency to slam the armrest because of the force you use. Overall, once the chair is adjusted to your workspace these annoyances fade and you you don't notice them as much.  Conclusion Overall, I like the Mirra

 Arm rests (padded) are very comfortable. Maybe "food that is good for you should not taste good" principle applies to chairs as well: ergonomics may have some discomfort factored in.  Yes $800 is a lot of money for a chair. It has been worth every penny based on the instant relief to my back, which no longer hurts after a few hours in a chair. Throw in a 12 year warranty and it turns out to have been a no brainer.

Sometimes quality is worth the money

 If you just get a basic version you aren't really going to get all of the benefit. The forward tilt and adjustable arms are really key to comfortable use of the computer. I always like to try and find products that qualify for Amazon Prime, but the fully adjustable model with forward tilt was not available through them at the time of order.

 I feel energized when standing up instead of the realization that my back hurts. I would highly recommend getting the deluxe fully adjustable model though.  I never had this problem with another chair before. Also the head rest does not adjust horizontally to your position just side to side.  The best part of the chair is the seat cushion it feels like a tempur pedic bed or something. The tension for the back is great and all the adjustments you can for this chair like the adjustments for the lumbar support make this chair awesome

armrest broke

 I really liked the Embody at first but after a week I've noticed some really uncomfortable parts. For instance I like to sit on my leg occasionally and the seat depth adjustment piece digs in and sometimes on my thighs too. I wanted to like this once because it's so cool looking, but looks are not a great reason to keep a $1600 chair. 

 Let'S just set it there, I'm gon na pull my oh my lever up and you can see how that's locked and stays in place. The CXO has something called a positive back release. I'M going to show you how that works. I'M gon na release the back its now disengaged, but you notice it didn't throw me out of the chair

 Almost like a rocking chair, very limited, limited resistance underneath the front of your seat, pin on your cxo you're gon na find a bar. That is a C slider, as you lift that bar up, I releases this seat to slide forward up to two inches, which offers further leg support and it's a stress, enters orb is completely incorporated into our cxo. Nightingale CXO 6200D Ergonomic Chair

Been looking at options for desk and ergonomic chairs. Started with a budget is $150 fit a chair, but after reading reviews and seeing prices, I raised my budget to $500. Reading more reviews here, Amazon and other online sites, it sounds like most chairs in my price range have a high failure rate. 

After 2 months of chair shopping, blind-buying 7 different chairs from Ebay/Amazon and Manufacturors, and spending 2 hours at an Office Furniture depot trying all the top-of-the-line chairs (Aeron, Leap, Gesture, Embody, Zody), I spent the big bucks today on the "NIGHTINGALE CXO 6200D". It's honestly been a journey and I'm sure COVID 19 has made it harder than it had to be find/try chairs quickly. This chair is built like a damn tank. It's better than the Aeron, it's better than the Leap V2 and the Embody

Likes: - I work from home full-time; this is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. Very robust chair; albeit Heavy duty --you get what you pay for. I've tried the best of them as well. Herman Miller, SteelCase, etc

 - Headrest design is a bit flimsy but still, an excellent put together chair i must say.

 this is the best. - So many different kinds of adjustments for lumbar, tension, headrest, armrest, tilt, etc - Third part seller of the product Pedram (FineGrafics) is awesome; he called me a few times and he emails you back very quickly on any issues whatsoever. He gets it. He understands the customer service thing that is needed on Amazon and big purchases such as this one
