 The included bladder is a good one — a partial plastic frame and a handy clip keeps it from slumping when half full, the filling port is easy to open and fits ice cubes, and there are baffles in it to keep the water from sloshing around while riding. And at the hose end of the bladder, the bite valve allows a decent flow, a switch cuts off flow when needed, and a magnet holds it on the sternum strap.

I put a fair amount of time in the Endo 15 this summer and fall. At 15 liters, it’s one of the larger bike packs that Gregory makes, and it’s a size that I find works well on bigger rides where I want to bring more water, more layers, and more “just in case” type items. Gregory also makes the Endo 10, which (you guessed it) is a 10 liter version that’s essentially the same pack with a shallower main compartment.

But an all-day ride calls for a pack that can carry a lot of weight comfortably, and that’s where the Endo 15 comes in. Fully loaded down, the Endo 15 carries quite well, and if I kept everything cinched down, it did a good job of not swinging around all over the place on rowdier trails.

This is the 2nd one of these I've bought, that have failed. Silly me. First one I used about 15 times, it sprung a leak just in the middle of the bladder when I was deep in the Grand Canyon. This new one I've used 1x before this trip when the hose tore away from the bladder, losing all my water in minutes

 This is a pretty cool little compartment. This is like I said where I put all my spare tools and stuff like that. I did take some of the stuff out like the little multi-tool and things like that, but this is where it goes. I like the orange on the inside because the orange kind of contrasts and you can see stuff really well

 so that right there is going to give you tons of airflow when you're out on the trails or hiking or whatever. So it really keeps this from creating too much sweat on your back. And the same thing goes for these straps. They're really lightweight, but this is like a foam on the inside of this

 You can actually use this velcro material to actually keep that from just dangling down because this is all the excess right here from where I take up the straps. So that's a pretty cool little feature. You don't have to actually tape that down anymore, you know, they just provide the little velcro material and then down here for the waist strap. It's the same thing, but these can be removed very easily

 The pack is holding up beautifully, and I have been impressed with how comfortable it is. I usually only take 2 liters of water and then refill enroute to help save on weight and space for other gear without looking like a sherpa, but the times I have filled it all the way up it still felt good and there was still room for maps, rain gear, a small first aid kit, some bike tools and 4 or 5 energy bars -- decent space in these.  One of the best features has been the "air director". I tried to take a photo, but it's a mesh over some foam pads to create breathable space on your back

 A bit spendy, but I feel its been worth the price. Excellent construction; you get what you pay for with this. People who've complained about the shoulder straps need to try on my old one! I should have gotten this sooner.

This is my first Camelbak product. I bought it to use as day pack for hiking in the Arizona heat. This held the 3L water reservoir, as well a 2L reservoir, and some extra equipment/snacks. Obviously holds even more without the extra 2L

 But for my 2-4 hour daily rides it is too bulky. My bad though - I may buy the older smaller volume style. What comes in handy, though, are the numerous compartments for extra gear that may be needed on trips into the boonies.
