It's a much healthier way to prepare our favorite foods! Does everything is says. I had to play with the first few times to cook like i wanted it but now I just love the way the food comes out so perfect, it even bakes anything! Being able to cook french fries, onion rings, ribs, chicken wings and all of my other favorite goodies without oil to perfection always moist and crispy at faster speeds, has been absolutely amazing. I was really excited to try this new fryer. It is so quiet compared to my older one. It also cooks stuff much faster then the other one. The only issue I had was the size, it is rather small for a family of 3, but I just used my old air fryer with it when I am cooking a lot at once

Must say I would have scored it a 5, but am disappointed by the size and lack of accessories.

UPDATE: Dropping this appliance down to 2 stars from my original 5 star review below. I got this air fryer end of May, it's mid July and as of yesterday the non stick coating inside the basket is flaking off as you can see from the pics The basket is gently cleaned with mild dish soap and a soft nonabrasive sponge, everytime! I am so disappointed because I was loving this airfryer so much I was going to purchase a second one. Not anymore. Now I have to go through the trouble of contacting this company directly to see if I can get a replacement basket because there is no contact information here on Amazon

You have to cook in batches (or at least I did with the chicken) since the basket is only a certain size but it only takes minutes until the food is done. Cleanup is super easy since you can put the parts in the dishwasher. I'm looking forward to trying new recipes in my fryer. I don't know how I didn't have one much sooner!

They just need a better non-stick coating on these. Great Air fryer. It works well and its easy to use. I use the grill function and the chicken thighs come out exactly as if they came off the grill

This was just bought 2-3 months ago and Teflon is already chipping on inner pot. Please contact me. This shouldnt happen especially this fast Im very upset for what we paid for this air fryer and already showing damage. Please help me out

Also the cook time seems somewhat subjective, and takes some practice depending on your quantities. Finally it doesn't cook large batches as evenly as I would like, but I'm still experimenting. I'm learning you have to flip or shake most food once or twice during cooking, and then it turns out better. I think this is a pretty common issue for most air fryers

For most items you have to increase the time, sometimes double !! It does not cook fast!! You need to turn meat to cook through.

Don't let them overcook. The wings weren't as tender as my in-the-oven go-to recipe, but they took half the time and they were very crispy. One quibble - the racks that come with this don't stack nicely. The first time I stored them inside the fryer, they came apart, and I had to use a cooking chopstick to untangle them from the electric coil on the top of the fryer

Preheats in less than two minutes. This thing is the bomb and saves me from turning on the oven.

UPON RECEIPT IT WOULD NOT POWER UP! Amazon replaced it. Now the 7 quart model GW23956 fails out of the box! 2 out of 3 delivered defective products! Then I encountered a power issue. After speaking with a customer service rep and identifying my unit I found out it was "technically" 3 months past the extended warranty I had. Nonetheless, without hesitation I was told a new unit would be shipped with a prepaid return shipment for my old unit. I definitely applaud (loudly) the rep and Nu-Wave for their response to my problem
