I'm able to spread the food out in the basket more uniformly, which has resulted in more even cooking and some faster cook times as well - so keep a close watch while getting used to using it, as your food may be done before you expect it to be! Another nice thing - it runs so quietly compared to our old air fryer! Cleanup was also much easier too; the nonstick coating of the basket and trivet really does it's job well. A small design thing but much appreciated, is that the silicone 'bumpers' on the trivet are twice the size of the ones in our old fryer, and are actually attached to it - so they stay put when washed. The Kalorik MAXX is a really well thought out appliance, and has been a great addition to our kitchen.

Don't let them overcook. The wings weren't as tender as my in-the-oven go-to recipe, but they took half the time and they were very crispy. This is a great little air fryer with a lot of power. (1750W). I've tested and reviewed several of the Kaloric models, and they're all good, but I did notice that the 47823 BKSS does not have the insulation on the front drawer that their 7-quart model has.
