GoWISE USA GW22931 vs NuWave Brio Air Fryer 36011

Default time setting is too high, but I will be more comfortable using it after a few months. We have had it a couple of weeks and used it several times. Need to find best temperature and time for the items we cook. Easy to overcook items so watch cooking time

For most items you have to increase the time, sometimes double !! It does not cook fast!! You need to turn meat to cook through.

Of course this was my first experience with an air fryer so we shall see how well this one holds up. As for the first testing, Its worth every penny to reduce our cholesterol intake.

It's a much healthier way to prepare our favorite foods! Does everything is says. I had to play with the first few times to cook like i wanted it but now I just love the way the food comes out so perfect, it even bakes anything! This was just bought 2-3 months ago and Teflon is already chipping on inner pot. Please contact me. This shouldnt happen especially this fast Im very upset for what we paid for this air fryer and already showing damage. Please help me out

Would give it a total 5 star however the 7 quart fryer is a little large to store! I wanted the extra cooking space the divider lets you cook 2 food groups at a time the price point made since for me. If you are cooking for 1 or 2 persons on a regular basis, the 5 quart fryer would be enough and easier to store.

Must say I would have scored it a 5, but am disappointed by the size and lack of accessories.

Only cooks at 350 to 400. Sad because the book has recipes for dishes that need to be cooked at 450. Why? When your machine won't cook at that temp? Wish i could seen it in person before i bought it. Not sure why it has so many 5 star ratings

Preheats in less than two minutes. This thing is the bomb and saves me from turning on the oven.

I don't know if this is how most air fryers are, this is my first one. But man, I have to PUNCH the basket into the unit for it to recognize that there is a basket engaged (and oh my goodness that is extremely loud as well). Other than that it seems to work fine, is easy enough to clean. But man, the noise

You have to cook in batches (or at least I did with the chicken) since the basket is only a certain size but it only takes minutes until the food is done. Cleanup is super easy since you can put the parts in the dishwasher. I'm looking forward to trying new recipes in my fryer. I don't know how I didn't have one much sooner!

it’s not a secure fit inside the drawer. Problem 2: the electrical component is so strong1700watts if I use this fryer with my toaster oven or the microwave I trip my breaker in my kitchen. That was a huge disappointment. The time I save by not having to do batches is now back because I need to wait to cook the next item

Then I encountered a power issue. After speaking with a customer service rep and identifying my unit I found out it was "technically" 3 months past the extended warranty I had. Nonetheless, without hesitation I was told a new unit would be shipped with a prepaid return shipment for my old unit. I definitely applaud (loudly) the rep and Nu-Wave for their response to my problem
