GoWISE USA GW22639 vs NuWave Brio Air Fryer 36011

Today alone I made spicy chicken cutlets with panko, brussel sprouts with garlic, 2 bags of pita chips with onion and garlic powder, and roasted carrots. Going to make roasted baby eggplant later and crushed them into tomatoes, cilantro and jalapeno for the pita chips. All came out really nicely and I have lunch for work for the next few days! I am eating healthier, saving money and enjoying the creative process. Thinking of getting another so I won't have to work in so many batches

It's a much healthier way to prepare our favorite foods! Does everything is says. I had to play with the first few times to cook like i wanted it but now I just love the way the food comes out so perfect, it even bakes anything! I bought this fryer back in February of this year, I love it so much that I rarely use my stove or grill anymore especially for cooking chicken. My only problem is the "non stick surface" everything gets stuck to it and it takes real scrubbing to get it off. After 9 months the pan has lost its surface and looks rusted, I did use the parchment paper I bought along with the fryer but it didn't stop the food from sticking to the sides. Even the grease catcher lost some coating and that was just from using hot water,soap and a soft sponge to clean it

This was just bought 2-3 months ago and Teflon is already chipping on inner pot. Please contact me. This shouldnt happen especially this fast Im very upset for what we paid for this air fryer and already showing damage. Please help me out

On the plus side, I have not had any flaking on the basket. I got the liners and am not sure if that made a difference or if the fryer gave me a break because everything else was so horrible. I might give another fryer a chance, but will make sure to get one that a friend has used and can vouch for.

You have to cook in batches (or at least I did with the chicken) since the basket is only a certain size but it only takes minutes until the food is done. Cleanup is super easy since you can put the parts in the dishwasher. I'm looking forward to trying new recipes in my fryer. I don't know how I didn't have one much sooner!

So we’ve learned that we just have to try a few times until we find the timing and temperature that works for us. Not sure if it’s our unit in particular, this model, or just any air fryer, though. When we find the right combo, the food comes out perfectly though! This size is great for two people or for making appetizers for a small group. It does put off a bit of a funny smell too, but again, not sure if that is just common with air fryer in general

Preheats in less than two minutes. This thing is the bomb and saves me from turning on the oven.

I tired it a few times and was frustrated by the uneven cooking and how loon it took. Packed up and took it to Goodwill. Total waste of money and time.

For most items you have to increase the time, sometimes double !! It does not cook fast!! You need to turn meat to cook through.

Will ask my electrician who has several things to do, if he can make it so the outlet for the air fryer can share with my coffee maker. The air fryer is 1400 watts and I have to unplug coffee maker when using the air fryer.

Then I encountered a power issue. After speaking with a customer service rep and identifying my unit I found out it was "technically" 3 months past the extended warranty I had. Nonetheless, without hesitation I was told a new unit would be shipped with a prepaid return shipment for my old unit. I definitely applaud (loudly) the rep and Nu-Wave for their response to my problem

2L compact one, but not a behemoth counter-space pig like some of the 5-6 Quart air fryers. The 3.7 Quarter Go Wise Air Fryer seemed like a good choice. Pros: It's large, but not monstrously so, and I am able to store it easily on top of my refrigerator

Must say I would have scored it a 5, but am disappointed by the size and lack of accessories.
