This backpack by Osprey is very well made but keep in mind this is a laptop backpack. It’s not going to take a lot and I am quite disappointed with the size. It’s long but thin. Zipper doesn’t go all around because of the bottle pocket will not allow for this

 If you're at all familiar with the backpack space, then you'll know of Goruck's for now. Having spent some time with the Gr1 for ourselves, we'll be the first to tell you the bag doesn't disappoint. However, it's important to keep your expectations realistic. The Gr1 isn't abounding with organizational provisions, and it won't wow you with a bunch of fancy bells and whistles

 Because it's designed to double as a rucking bag, the Jr1 boasts some of the beefiest straps you'll find on a backpack. Where most packs typically come with some plushy mesh padding on their straps, the Gr1 instead sports two layers of dense foam, one to provide structure and the other to add a bit of comfort. They're pretty stiff when you first get the bag, but they'll break in more and more with continued use. It's worth noting, though the straps are pretty coarse

 However, it also makes the pocket into something of a bottomless black hole. Not a deal breaker by any means, just something to consider if you're packing and unpacking on the move. No matter how much weight you're carrying, just be sure to check your size. Our tester stands a solid 511, and while the 21 liter makes for a great fit, the larger 26 liter model can be a bit long depending on the size of your torso

This is also very comfortable when worn, as the shoulder straps and back of the bag are very well-padded.  • Durability: As noted, this is well-padded and made of a solid polyester fabric material. As I intend to wear this for walks to/from the office and daytrips, I believe this should hold up just fine.  In summary, I love the color and comfort

I’ve owned many different kinds of travel backpacks. Although my luggage collection tends to be quite nice, my travel backpacks tend to be of the lower-end variety. Not a full zip-around, but great for intraday use

 I imagine the carabiner on the right shoulder strap could come in handy to secure it to a chair or stroller when out in public and not wearing it on my back.

 I think this is due to the how little this protrudes away from your back, and the ridged foam back panel that gives it a nice flat surface that comfortably rests on your back. (pic of empty backpack staying flat when I’m holding it up horizontally) Photos are for size and volume. I do not have the best lighting, and the backpack looks much nicer in person. Also, in most photos, I left the water bottles in the outer pocket, which gives makes the backpack look uncharacteristically lumpy

  For the sake of this review and photos, I tried to fill the bag up to show what can fit. Even then, it was still very comfortable, definitely did not feel the weight like I would when using any other backpack I own. 4.5 stars, Great day bag / diaper bag

Great build quality, looks nice, minimal and slim despite the fact that it fits way more than it looks like it does. Great laptop and secondary laptop/iPad sleeve inside. Water resistant material, great ergonomics and spaces/pockets inside. Feels good on the back too

 That seems to be the idea behind it and no complaints there. Some complaints we do have are with the dangly mess of this strap. As you can see, there's like tree sap all over this thing because you're taking out the woods and it's kind of throwing it around a little bit but um, it's held up well. It's it's 600d polyester and you know, apart from some dirt and tree sap and stuff, no issues that's been holding up well

 You can see this kind of fold around a little bit and then check out the review. We'll add photos of that in there so you can see what it looks like wearing the bag, but it kind of folds around a little bit and seems like it helps. That seems to be the idea behind it and no complaints there. Some complaints we do have are with the dangly mess of this strap

 Throw it in here. It gets pretty bulky and kind of bulges out because these two share the same space and you know you can kind of feel it bulging on your back a little bit. There is some pad, there's a decent amount of padding on the back panel, no frame sheet, but some good padding, but still just the way it packs. gets a little bulky

KAVU Rope Sling Review (2 Weeks of Use)

The zippers feel super cheap. I had read this in another few reviews and didn't think it'd be a problem, but it's kinda absurd for something this pricey from a good brand skimped on zippers.

Perfect for carry-on when traveling, going to the beach, park, and out and about. Hands free. It holds a lot. I fit a pair of Vuori athletic shorts, tank, bathing suit, wallet, and two of the Kavu accessory bags inside the main big section and still had room leftover

  We found this bag while walking through the store one afternoon and my wife really liked the color as well as the comfort of the straps.  She uses it for work to carry her personal belongings, running errands so she doesn't need a purse on her shoulder, as well as when we go on smaller hikes in our region.  We have a lot of waterfalls and gorges in our region so hiking through streams, rivers, and other wetland areas.  It has been used well
