I have a couple of the Goal Zero Torch 250 flashlights, so was excited to see they came out with a new model. I received one for Christmas, and was surprised to see how warm the light was. There is quite a difference between it and the original torch, which is more of a neutral to cool white. I checked the tech specs on Goal Zero's website, and the color temperature for the spot is 3000 Kelvin

 It reminds me of my old classic incandescent Maglite I carried years ago. If you prefer a warm white flashlight, then this might be a plus for you, as they seem harder to find these days.

Warm White Light

I love this light as well as most of goal zero's products. It puts out a very bright beam/flood light, and the color temp is a nice bit warmer than the typical blue/cool white LED lights that dominate the market.  Maybe I have a bad unit, but the battery indicator always shows I have a full charge until the battery completely dies. It's accurate while charging but as soon as I take it off the plug, no battery how much charge is left it will always show 4 dots to indicate full charge

Great light, bad battery indicator

 (they own Goal Zero) so I like the company. Products NOT CHEAP but they are far better than the cheap $22 Mini-Solar lights (i have 10 of them, 7 died (battery, wiring, misc) after 1 year. These do last a long time and use them camping/car repair/when cooking in my back yard at night. Worth the extra price

I have many Goal Zero 250.. tough light.  This one is sexy.. 3.5  hours exactly flood.

 The solar option for charging is a bonus. Very happy with the light - the flashlight could stand to be a bit brighter, though - and quality is first-rate. Put 400-450 lumens in this puppy and I'd rank it 5 stars! I think it'll pair well with my Nomad solar panels.

Overall, this is a light worth having. With a usable flashlight beam and a great area flood, it's not just good to have during an outage or off the grid, it's just a handy light to have - period. 6 amps and the xhp 35 high uses a 12 volt driver at 2, amps being a single emitter light. The dm11 does not get super hot, but will still generate a fair bit of heat. On turbo on this b35 model, the high output is sustained for a respectable amount of time and overall, the run times and stable output are really pretty solid, with about 2 hours of runtime at a sustained 500 lumens for a light with 98 cri. This is very nice, the light was calibrated, but i did not adjust the thermal limit, so i'm sure even higher outputs can be sustained

 This is a really impressive combination of specs and while it lacks the crazy throw of some of the other options, i definitely think this is the most compelling emitter choice. This light here is actually pretty unique and is not exactly the same as the one that is now available for purchase. This one has a b35am and 5000k and a wide angle optic that provides a floodier beam pattern. It'S actually different from the light being sold now in which the optic has been modified to literally double the intensity

 I don't think this light needs a clip in the first place, and this one is actually quite nice in that it doesn't really alter the ergonomics of the light in the hand. However, it's very difficult to get into the pocket, which kind of makes it useless anyways. It'S also black, which is a little weird, but whatever in this exact configuration, this light competes very directly with the d4s v2 and practically speaking, it could probably be swapped out for my 219b d4s and have the same functionality. However, i prefer this one just a bit more as it is slightly throwier gets a bit less hot and has an even higher cri, which is pretty nice

 I measured an intensity of just under 25 000 candela in this light, which hardly makes it a thrower. However, this just so happens to align more with my own preferences, and i find this to be an extremely nice beam pattern that provides a fairly wide hot spot with a strong spill that gradually fades outward. It still has plenty of throw for my uses and is impressively bright at over 1600 lumens at startup, which shows this emitter is being driven right in its sweet spot for performance better. Yet this 5000k emitter produces a super clean white beam that is just fantastic for general outdoor usage

Noctigon DM11 - First Look

 In turbo so again much more concentrated beam on the dm dm11 and, last but not least, the k1 ultimates roar from nocticon. As you can see, this one still produces more light output, but still much bigger size. So, overall, i'm again very impressed by the newest nocticon flashlight. As already said in other reviews, i have all of their lights and they always impress me so i wouldn't miss the new lights that they bring out

 Will also produce quite more throw as you can see, all those lights have been used and then, which i'm really excited about, is to compare it to the sofiane ef-22a, also with a nice optic. So i'm really looking forward to compare the two flashlights against each other to see which one of those two will have the longest throw. So i will charge up the batteries and then we will go outside and check out what this one can perform in the dark. Well guys we are outside now with the emiza dm11

 I brought my dog so if he wanders around don't mind him, i'm somewhere on a low mode here, i will ramp up double click to the turbo mode, which i measured with 690 lumen. Instead of the 900 lumen that i indicated so with swirls, it's always difficult to measure exact values, as the light is very concentrated, but in my eyes it performs really nice a trash can that you can see at the very back is 150 meters away, and it Is really nicely enlightened, i asked tank and he gave me the information that it's a 3.8 degree tier lens, so it's producing a really narrow beam and a little bit of spill. But as you can see, the front here is also nicely enlightened, so you can still see the dog

 So i will charge up the batteries and then we will go outside and check out what this one can perform in the dark. Well guys we are outside now with the emiza dm11.
