Bought a new GIRO helmet (I think the Neo mips) and I've had a big issue that I never had on my old helmet. Essentially, a bunch of cold air is funneling straight into my forehead like I have a gaper gap (I have the goggles pushed up as far as they'll go though). My goggles are pretty small so I tried some bigger goggles but those just caused a bunch of air to enter from the bottom of my goggles around my cheeks.

Never thought I'd find a ski helmet that would fit me as every XL I found wasn't big enough.

This one is. Hard to give a helmet five stars until it saves you from a head injury. Let's hope I never need to give it five stars!

 There were no defects in the product but were there a few small hairs (almost whisker sized)? IDK - I can't be sure. But, it would have been nice to know if, in fact, I was getting something that was returned. The item otherwise seemed new and since I purchased at a discount from list I will give it a try. The fit seems good though I haven't used it yet

New or not?

Light with very comfy padding, no weird pressure points. Make sure to try it in store! I had to size up because I have a wide head, then sinch up the back a lot. The headphone slots have a removable circle of foam that holds headphones in place really well. Some 15 dollar koss earphones fit great and don't pressure your ears at all

 I've heard the vents get stuck if you open it up all the way so I only open it the first 3/4 of the slider.

Snug, no uncomfortable pressure points.
