Girlfriend Collective Compressive High-Rise Legging vs IUGA High-Waist Yoga Pants

These are very compressive, and I’m not complaining! Being that they are made from recycled water bottles, I was wondering how soft they would be, and they are way softer than any other leggings I’ve got before. I wear them mostly for comfort, not working out, and I try to wash them only after a couple of wear and they still have the same compression even after wearing them a couple times. I am loving them so far and recommend them to anyone, especially since they will last a long time and are good for the planet!

They are decently warm when I'm outside and breathable when I'm inside. The pants move with me and every part I move almost like a second skin I basically don't even feel them when I wear them which i feel is a bonus because you feel more free and able to do more things. Even after work I wear my pants just watching tv on the couch and yes I actually have slept in my IUGA pants and I got really good sleep that night. Something about them makes you feel cozy and secure and a little bit sexy

I've been wanting to try Girlfriend Collective for a while so when these were on sale I got a pair. I love the Sky color but the fit of them wasn't as great as I was expecting. I wouldn't get them again. Was disappointed that it came wrapped in plastic since both of these brands are geared toward sustainability

Too much to ask for? These are my first pair of these modern popular leggings and maybe they just aren’t for me. I grew up in the “low rise pants” era so I’m hating this high rise trend and hate anything on my stomach. These leggings are thick, and WARM, good for winter but will search for a summer legging. And maybe leggings are for those types of gals that keep their legs shaved and waxed and smooth, I find these not the most comfortable with my hairy legs

Osiris from EarthHero here! While they do run a bit small, once I got the right size it was perfect! I love how the bottoms look with their matching top – definitely put together. I feel like I can even wear it with a jean jacket and jewelry and be set to take on the day. I also love the super smooth fabric which makes yoga classes a lot more comfy compared to when I wear my other yoga leggings.

IUGA beats them all out. The fit is perfect, there's excellent pockets, and a flattering high waist. Love the look and feel.

I would recommend sizing up. I usually wear a small but these dig into my waist. nice color though

I usually wear a 2x comfortably and even the 3x is rather tight in these. I still wear them (regularly) and the 3x is comfortable for working out, but I don’t care for lounging in them. I can even squeeze into the 2x (which I’ll do if I’m only going to be at home) but they’re much less flattering or comfy. I would recommend these, but I’d suggest sizing up
