This purifier has three speeds: Extremely fast/loud, very fast/loud, and super silent. The super silent speed moves almost no air, but the other two speeds are far too loud. There is almost no difference between high and medium, but then low is just super silent and moves almost no air. I really wish there were a couple of speeds between medium and low

The unit can be used via an app on your device once downloaded and this is suitable for both Apple and android products. the app us very easy to use I have already noticed the benefits of this machine in removing the harmful pollutants which aggregate asthma and airborne allergies. It removes minute dust particles and pollen and helps reduce odours within the home from cooking, smoke and pet candle flane smoke etc It is ultra quiet in its operation and I have used it both in auto mode which goes to sleep in darkness hours, and also on manual which remains on and operates during the night. This has helped greatly in getting a better quality of sleep and the only sign it is running is the colour changing light on the front of the machine

Shipping there's a pre-filter which is charcoal, is used and looks like it just bill clothes on and once a month or so you're you want to vacuum this ...

Inner packaging was good. The unit is clearly well made and quality appears good, and operates normally, but we have not had chance to assess its effectiveness so far. Most disappointing is there is an App which refers directly to this model - Zero Pro, but there is no means to connect to our internal WiFi and thus the full capability of the App. The App configuration requires one to press the WiFi button on the unit to make the pairing

At this price, it's a great deal! Not gimmicky. Replacement filters are expensive, but I found non brand filters that are within a 1/2" of the germ guardian dimensions. The only reason that it's not getting 5 stars is that I do not appreciate germ guardian trying to profit on the back end with the unreasonable replacement filter prices. Shame on you, germ guardian!! Other than the replacement filter price, great product, so far

Also the replacement filters (type H) cost anywhere from £40-£60 online. There are filters in the box for 1 year. Ultimately I’m not taking any stars off for this because this is very standard for this type of device, just need to be aware of the ongoing costs.

Easy to set up, just open and put in the filters, and intuitive to operate with manual and auto settings. This is pretty quiet unless you have it on turbo, and the night mode takes the noise level down. Looks fine and doesn't take up too much space. If you have allergies, it's helpful, and the light system shows you air purity

I wanted to like this but the simple fact of the matter is, its just too loud unless you keep it at the lowest setting, in which case it barely blows any air at all. After sitting in the room with it on the medium setting for a couple of hours it almost seems like some new kind of torture. I kept telling myself 'its useful for drowning out background noise & while that may have been true when I used to live in a 100 year old house in NY its no longer true here in a new house in FL, especially with double pane windows & doors and since we don't live in a city-- there is no background noise! The sad part about having to return it is that it actually made the room feel cooler when it was on speed 2 & even more so on 3.

So I have it on setting 2 or 3. Setting 4s sound is not noticeable during the day but at night its probably too loud to sleep with on the full power. But even with full power, it's quieter than a floor or ceiling fan. If you choose automatic setting, which is brilliant, then at night, when you turn your lights off, its sensors pick this up and it goes to sleep mode (the machine doesn't go to sleep like a computer, it just goes to the lowest setting which is silent, plus the indication lights turn off so there's no distractions)

I have dust allergies and my nose gets stuffy even when there is a tiny bit of dust. After using this air purifier, my nose has gone from feeling 50-70% stuffed every night to about maybe 15-25% stuffed, which is a great improvement for doing nothing but plugging in an air purifier. My only complaint is that the middle speed setting is too loud. High speed is super loud like turning the fan in your car to max

This is not some cheap replica of a famous Swiss Air purifier. I was very skeptical that it would work. I moved to a house which turned out to be in a very dusty and pollen filled area, with constant sneezing and it got to a point where I had enough of anti-histamines and nose spray. I have severe Hayfever and allergies and this device solved all the problems
