Nor does the handle texture promote positive grip, it's more just irritating. I would have given this blade 5 stars if the handle was ever so slightly thicker for a better solid grip, and if I could get the safety lock to function smoothly one handed.

Overall, I really like the style, weight, and blade; I really want to keep it, but I will not if I can't manage to get that screw out. If it had come with a usable tool and was assembled with better care I would have paid $100 for it and given 4 stars, though, as I received it,

it's ok. not the fastest opener I have. Blade is reasonably sharp out of the box. Seems like a durable, robust tool but if I had to do it all over again I would probably get the full size SOG Trident

But that's not what this knife is about. This knife is all about being absurdly effective, durable and looking great doing it. The wood panels of the grip are pleasing to the eye and touch. The steel is a common one found in high end knives, and for good reason

For $36, this knife is a quality buy and I use for my range bag and have one in a ready/go bag. If I would have purchased for the higher price I see sometimes, $50+, I would have probably gave 3 stars. The safety locking mechanism seems to be cheaply made, it is a slide type and has play when in locked/unlocked position. I read that in other reviews as well, but I really liked the knife design

In addition, for only $89 you can get a gorgeous Sandalwood Handle CIVIVI Riffle with a Damascus Blade 3.5-Inch Drop Point Blade, so I consider this knife overpriced. If your looking for a similar design and very lightweight knife, they I would highly recommend the Samior G1035 Small Slim Folding Pocket Flipper Knife @ $25 & only 1.3oz

G10 handle is awesome nice grip, fills out of our hand well not small,tiny and thin so your hand slips. The only con's I can say about the knife is the metal could be a Little bit better grade of steal and the spring assist could be a little bit stronger so it pops open faster with less effort. But in no way am I saying this is a bad knife just room for improvment and is a good intermediate Knife choice kind of in between TAC Force and SOG. Would recommend to friend

A handle scale also cracked (it appears to be to thin and therefore weak as well), so I sent it to Boker USA under warranty. I don't have high hopes regarding repair or replacement, and I suspect the fact the liner is titanium causes inherent problems as it's just too soft to do a proper job. It's a joy to carry due to its light weight, and the blade deploys smooth and fast, but given its fragility it's an insane amount of money to spend on a Chinese made knife. Based on my experience I will avoid Boker knives and would suggest others do the same (at the very least with this model in their line of products)

The knife size and weight is substantial. This is a very sturdy knife with a good safety mechanism and nice feel. A solid knife with very good blade and hight quality crafstmanship.

Very lightweight but just felt cheap in the hand compared to other knives at this price point. I returned it.

It is definitely a durable knife. I have carried this knife with me for about a year now and my only complaint is its weight. Eventually I will get a knife that weighs less and keep this one in my backpack.

I prefer this knife over my friend's $300 Benchmade by a long shot. The action is smooth, but satisfyingly heavy. No accidental blade deployments here. The blade is perfectly centered and while there is some degree of side to side play when closed, it's quite minimal, and completely non-existent when opened
