Love the AIR FRY feature- it crisp any type of foods and keeps us healthy! (fried chicken, French fries, fish sticks, etc).

It's a much healthier way to prepare our favorite foods! Does everything is says. I had to play with the first few times to cook like i wanted it but now I just love the way the food comes out so perfect, it even bakes anything! Being able to cook french fries, onion rings, ribs, chicken wings and all of my other favorite goodies without oil to perfection always moist and crispy at faster speeds, has been absolutely amazing. It's a great machine and so easy to clean and use. - for baking, you need to adjust the temperature down or else you'll have a burnt mess.

Preheats in less than two minutes. This thing is the bomb and saves me from turning on the oven.

I bought this in May, 2021. Less than two years later, the light no longer goes on by the button, and the LED display is slowly losing cells. It's not great at setting time, since it's all pre-programmed. There are a lot of times when it will overcook or under-cook, but can't get it right simply because the options aren't there to set a specific time or temperature

For most items you have to increase the time, sometimes double !! It does not cook fast!! You need to turn meat to cook through.

The preheating of this unit is waste of energy and should be up to the owner if they want to do this, not the manufacture, IMHO. My Air fryer came with super loose shelving which I had to fix myself or return the air fryer back to Amazon which it had already been done once! Amazon did give me a discount for the hassles of ''fixing it'' They are built very cheaply and also have very sharp edges so be careful if you must take it apart to correct damage from shipping. I have only used it make french fries but it does do the job but it takes along time to the job. I may keep it and I might decide to toss it as I consider a fire hazard of sorts, IMHO

Then I encountered a power issue. After speaking with a customer service rep and identifying my unit I found out it was "technically" 3 months past the extended warranty I had. Nonetheless, without hesitation I was told a new unit would be shipped with a prepaid return shipment for my old unit. I definitely applaud (loudly) the rep and Nu-Wave for their response to my problem
