I was able to produce a good pull with 1.9.5 as an initial setting with fresh espresso beans. Works great, tastes great, was the right model for me as the burrs between all three Kinu models are the same and the difference lies in plastic on superficial areas at the top/bottom of grinder

I just pulled my first shot with Eureka Mignon Specialita + Gaggia Pro Classic after using shitty grinder for a while, and IT’S EYE OPENING. I’m very far away from sophisticated coffee snob, so couldn’t imagine that I could taste such a huge difference with the same type of coffee but only changing the grinder.

Well it came in this past Thursday and I’ve pulled around 30 shots or so and they have all been nowhere close to good. I’ve been using 17g of a locally roasted coffee that was roasted on the 3rd of April and pulling 34g out in about 28 seconds.

This grinder feels sturdy and well built. It is easy to adjust the grind size too. Minus one star because I found it rather challenging to grind some beans. The roaster I purchase my beans from tend to be on the harder side so it's a struggle for me
