Now the prices for one filter range from 21 to 26¢. You can buy 100 #4 drip coffee paper filter for less than $7.00. I know this is a very trivial amount of money, but i just don't like the feeling of getting gouged

I just pulled my first shot with Eureka Mignon Specialita + Gaggia Pro Classic after using shitty grinder for a while, and IT’S EYE OPENING. I’m very far away from sophisticated coffee snob, so couldn’t imagine that I could taste such a huge difference with the same type of coffee but only changing the grinder.

That makes coffee quite rich, deep flavor somewhat. You might like that. But if you are looking for clear taste as all wave dripper is originally made for, this need little work. You can put round screen or bent toothpicks on the bottom or adjust ground coarseness to make all 3 holes to work

Well it came in this past Thursday and I’ve pulled around 30 shots or so and they have all been nowhere close to good. I’ve been using 17g of a locally roasted coffee that was roasted on the 3rd of April and pulling 34g out in about 28 seconds.

I recently bought a Kalita Wave 185, and besides the very first cup I made, all of the other ones have been terrible, even undrinkable. I've probably brewed 20 cups with it and they've all been pretty bad. Using the Coffee Compass, I'd say that they've all been a combination of under AND over extracted, even in the same cup - just kind of all over the place. Lots of **sour,** **astringent,** **watery,** **bland,** and **bitter,** tastes

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but the second half of my brew time stalls considerably. Things flow fine on the first 2 pours but, after that, the brew is super slow (dripping one or two drops at a time). I'm using pre-ground coffee for now (I thought that would eliminate any mistakes I might make as to grind texture). I've seen online that this new model has issues with that so I know it's not just me
