Overall, once the chair is adjusted to your workspace these annoyances fade and you you don't notice them as much. Conclusion Overall, I like the Mirra. It is a great improvement over my Ikea Verksam chair. The Mirra is very comfortable and is highly adjustable

1/12/2022 - Still great! - 4.5/5 stars Time flies! Anyway, I have owned the desk for nearly 3 years at this point and I have had no major issues. A minor thing I did notice is a bit of tilt towards myself (as a round pen rolled toward me); however, this is most probably due to the imbalance that my current setup introduces (with my "desktop" computer literally hanging from the desk bottom). Beyond that quirk, no problems in my day-to-day work life using the desk as a standing or traditional desk

After reporting to Backstore, a tech person called and decided that the back part was the problem and sent me a new back (1 week). When that did not work either, I figured that the part where the back slides in had bent in transportation, so I bent that in using a wrench, shortening the distance for the screw, and that worked. The lesson: the packaging of the chair is not the best, they seem to be short in padding material, so check carefully for shipping damages. I hope this helps
